Location is perfect, right in the city center. Room decor is very tasteful and sauna right in the room is a nice bonus. Communication and arrival instructions were super clear.

Loud bar with terrace across the street - having windows opened in the evening was not possible.

Was told on checkin that it was possible for luggage to be looked after at checkout for a bit of time but this was not the case. No hand towels or bath mat.

After a long day of cycling, we had wanted to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury and Dům u lázní lived up to that hope. Our flat was decadent and comfortable, the sauna and bath in the room were very enjoyable, and the views over Znojmo were beautiful. The fact that lunch in Austria cost half of what we paid for this room underlines why the Czech Republic is such a hidden gem. The staff at reception - which is just a few doors down from the accommodation itself - were very helpful, too, and allowed us to store our bags there while we went out to explore the city on our check-out day.

There's no kitchen in the flat, but then again we weren't expecting one. Some firmer pillows would've been good.

Electronic code replacing a traditional key. Very latge room a larger bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The small fride and coffee and tea making set. Extremly clean apartment!!!

Very high humidity in the room, which was situated on the ground floor an old trnement house

The toilette was in the same room as the bed and everything else, there was no door in between. This was very uncomfortable and not clear at all from the pictures provided by the hotel.

The locality in the downtown. The staff was very helpful.

Clogged shower drain, dust on the wardrobe, extension cords on the floor.

Location was great, the building is nicely reconstructed. We liked the mattrasses-it was hard. Good sized shower. It was rather clean with the exception of lamps, they were really dusty.

There was no key, the main entrance and room entrance are operated by code, the system did't work very well so it was was rather annoying. The bed was quite high and unconfortable to get into and out of-I had to jump but it probably isn't a problem for tall people. The room was at the ground floor witb windows facing an alley and a restaurant which had tables 1,5 metres from our windows, which wouldn't be a problem but you couldn't open the windows for air for safety reasons, there was a steel wire preventing opening the windows, I assume that was for our safety but I didn't feel very safe. Also, we had have the curtains drawn at all times, otherwise the guests at the restaurant would have a day and night show. As a result there was no sense of privacy. It is something that should be in the description when booking the room to be more transparent.

Apartment with an amazing view on the 4th floor, friendly staff. Lovely bath in the middle of the room, small sauna, 2 people can fit in (sitting).

- beds were extremely squeaky, even with a tiny move they squeaked, very hard uncomfy mattresses - toilet doesn't have a door, which you can't guess from the pictures - there are some glasses, cups and a coffee machine, but no plates etc. nothing to wash it (it is not an apartment with kitchen), the fridge is right next to bed, it is quite noisy - some dust on the floors, could be a bit cleaner

At the arrival we had to pay an extra fee that was not visible at the moment of the booking confirmation We were told there was a parking spot for us, unfortunately that was not the case, the spot got free just in the morning after. So I had to wake up early, before 8 am, and move my car to avoid paying the parking fee We have been given 3 times wrong codes to enter the building and the room, so I always had to go back to the shop in which they were doing the reception service. All together, paying, looking for a different parking spot, going back and forth for the codes was around 1 hour, we almost lost our prepaid guided tour. Unacceptable.
