Leaving you only one very thin towel and no Shampoo conditioner or soap in the bathroom. Picking your key up from the other side of town Square when you have no idea where you are when you arrive pulling a suitcase over cobblestones is not ideal.😂

Where we pick up the key is far away from the apartment and we had to walk from there with our luggages to apartment. If we were told before, then taxi will leave us on dusni apartment rather than key pick up place. This is not something I like.

Nothing, we loved everything, however it was very hot in the property but easily fixed but opening some windows!

The placement of the property was amazing, it was in walking distance of everything within the town! It was clean and easy to find!

A few things to be aware of: The hot water situation for the shower was a bit challenging. Water temperature would change very quickly and hot water would run out after two people showered. The kitchen is not great in terms of equipment. If you are intending on eating at home a lot, it will take a little bit of creativity. But all the basics were there. The beds were OK, but for people with sensitive facts they might be a bit challenging. The apartment as a whole felt a little unloved. Nothing awful, just a little tired and a neat of TLC

The location is literally the best if tough are in town as a tourist. The apartment has plenary of space for 4 people. The price was very reasonable considering the above advantages.

We collected keys from a different apartment as we were late arrivals, I have to admit I was a little concerned about it but I didn’t need to be the apartment to collect the keys was on one side of the square and the actual apartment is on the other side of the square about 6min walk down one road and across the square and very straight forward (there is a little map with the keys and it’s simple to follow ) as we were an early departure we were able to just leave the keys in the apartment instead of taking them back to pick up point. The apartment was a good size for the two of us, it had a lovely modern bathroom and had everything we needed for our stay (microwave, kettle, small ring cooker, fridge, safe, T.V with some English Chanels, plenty of cutlery, cups plates etc) The location of this apartment is perfect it’s one corner away from the square which has plenty of restaurants shops and two Irish bars (highly recommend cafferys just across the road ) we didn’t get chance to go into the one on the square. The host was very helpful with questions and was quick with answers, they also arranged our taxi both from and back to the airport. I would definitely recommend these apartments, we will be going back and will definitely book this apartment again.

We had to walk for 15 minutes to another building to collect the keys because we had a late flight arriving after reception was closed and it was a difficult walk with a wheeled suitcase as it was all cobbled over entire walk. The information in the room and also sent to us day before departure was mostly out of date asking for proof of Covid 19 vaccination and recent negative Covid test results as well as where we had to collect the keys to get into

Clean tidy and spacious and allowed us to book a late checkout for 40 euros. The location is perfect for Christmas market and sightseeing excursions including the special clock tower by the market.

Perfect Location: Right in the Heart of Old Town. All the major locations were within walkable distance, It was in the heart of the old town so restaurants and bars were just a few steps away. The apartment was clean and we had a very relaxing stay with our family. We enjoyed our stay there is not much we can complain anything about.

The location is perfect, the place is comfortable and quiet, making it a great accommodation not only to explore Prague but also to rest after long walks! Good value for money as well!

Communication with the property beforehand was terrible. The microwave in the apartment didn't work, and the shower was very slow to drain so would fill up while in the shower. With the money that the property charges, it would have been nice to have some toiletries provided. It was not clear at the time of booking that to check in and get keys would be in a different location to the apartment. Also, the balcony is over buildings and roofs, not ideal.

The distribution of the flat is a bit strange for sharing with my parents, aunt and my couple. We were 5 people and some how we were constantly interfering with each other for basic things. Example: The flat entrance is in the bed room so it you want to go in or out and someone is sleeping you are definitively bothering. Same to go to the bathroom as it is next to the other room which includes the kitchen and the sofa bed. So if someone wants to go to the bathroom at night or have an early breakfast is bothering the people sleeping in the sofa. The sofa was also squeaking and not very stable :S

The location and the price was perfect. The flat was super clean and with an easy access! The information provided for the parking was super useful.

I couldn't use the closet because the wardrobe is too small. A very small locker for two people. The cabinet door is useless because the opening direction is not suitable. Please remove the air conditioner for a more energy saving and cleaner world.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the centre. We did not pay any extra taxis in any way. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. Cleaning was very good. Internet is excellent. There is a bread oven under the hotel. You can buy fresh bread every morning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Prague! Our room was perfect for a family: a large double bed for two people and a single bed for our child – exactly what we needed. The kitchen was separate, which made things even more convenient. We especially appreciated the central location, close to all major attractions. The area was quiet, clean, and easy to reach. We highly recommend it and would love to come back on our next trip to Prague! 💛

I do not recommend it. It was dirty. The apartment was not cleaned. It was sad, I almost cried. It was my first visit to Prague. I am one of those people who do not travel. The reception was in a different place. I went to report this after 5 PM and there was no one there. I also do not recommend it for people with dogs. I recommend it for those who want to party at night.
