Super nice

The breakfast was amazing and the accommodations were great! Loved the variety of options in the morning. The room was super comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and very professional.

Great location in the old town and near a large and rather cheap parking.

Given the price, the room was small and somewhat noisy. The temperature went down and up quite a lot during the night. The staff had little information about the tourist attractions and cultural events.

Location was ideal

Room felt overly cramped and there was a table just outside that other guests could use which meant that it was noisy. The bath was a little dangerous when showering as had a slope. There were not enough plugs in the room to charge devices. Breakfast ok but not what was expected for a 4 star plus hotel

Historic property and the way that they redone it was absolutely incredibly. I spoke to them lady at the front desk and she said that it took 10 years to redo all what they did. It was an incredible restoration and you won’t be disappointed if you stay there if I make it even anywhere close to Cesky I will stay more than just one night.

Nothing. It was perfect. Other than having to park a little ways away, but it was just a short walk over the bridge.

The location is really great and the room is huge and very luxurious. Internet works well and the room is sound proof.

Cute tiny boutique hotel. Nothing too fancy but very comfortable and cozy. Has a lot of character, you actually feel like you’re staying in centuries ago. The location is amazing. Nozhan at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The check in was very smooth and he offered tips and suggestions for my stay at Cesky.

Breakfast was mediocre and one morning the city didn’t have power and I thought they will extend the breakfast time but they didn’t and I missed the breakfast

I don't know who gave this hotel 5*, but it doesn't even live up to 3*. This is a somewhat surprising hotel - with huge claims to historicity and exclusivity and a complete lack of service. It's hard for me to imagine a 4 or 5* hotel where the reception is open until 10 pm and then the door closes (yes, you can get inside with your key and end up in complete darkness of the hall). There is no lobby bar, no drinks, no restaurant - nothing. Apparently, this is some kind of new standard for 5*. The rooms have no air conditioning and soundproofing. The rooms are small and cramped. Very small toilets and bathrooms. The plumbing is of the lowest quality and the renovation is very crude. The breakfast is minimal - sufficient - it's hard to imagine anything less. The historicity is achieved by the location in the historical center, and a very complex internal geometry - many narrow corridors, dead ends, stairs, heavy wooden furniture "in the old style". There are open spaces - internal terraces, on which there is rough garden furniture - tables and benches, on the tables there are ashtrays full of cigarette butts. Apart from the person at the reception desk there is no other staff (the person at the desk is present until 10 pm). My conclusion: this is a hotel (or rather a very expensive hosting) not for guests, it is for the owners.

The view from hotel window and esthetic of hotel was lovely. Location was fantastic. Furniture in the room was beautiful. Receptionist assisted us in getting a taxi.

Air conditioning was not working on hottest day and night , staff could not offer a fan or other solution, it was impossible to sleep in the heat. Main staff receptionist in the morning after was uncaring to the situation, but airconditioning did get fixed. Plug was leaking in the bath so we got moved to a different room. The linen was scratchy and seemed cheap. Breakfast was average... not quite what I expect from 4.5 stars.

A truly historical hotel that compliment and complete the experience of Český Krumlov.

Lighting can be more consistent. Should all be warm white to create a sense of mystery.

Good location.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Very small room for 3 persons. Bathtub uncomfortable to use. No air conditioning. We were 3 people in the room but it was impossible to get more than two towels. Decent breakfast, below expectations.

Everything was very good

The location is great. The room size was good (we've had a suite)

Breakfast was disappointing. Maybe for salty breakfast eaters there were some options but all the pastries were not fresh and really unpleasant. It's such a shame to offer something that was not even cooked today but probably 2-3 days ago. Moreover, It was hot in the room, even with the switched off heating. And the only provided options for sleeping were the thick winter blankets. The bathroom even though it was of a good size but had a strong smell of mold or old tubes.
