I've stayed at the Hotel Florian a couple of times over the past few years. The room amenities are top-notch. The hotel atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good, and there's a parking lot right next to the building. All in all, it's simply the best hotel in the area.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I was able to call them at 3am and ask to book a taxi. They always agreed the price in advance for me and also supported with train schedules. Cannot recommend them enough if you need a hotel in the area.

Nothing to find fault with regarding the hotel itself. We would definitely go back. It's off the main road - which means it's quiet- but it's accessible through a passage that closes in the evening, so you have to go a long way round when you come back after dinner in the town.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - especially the selection of fresh fruit. Our room was spacious and there was lots of cupboard space.

Hotel is just amazing. Welcome by lady in reception was so nice. She was very nice, war welcome. Once we stepped in it was an amazing feeling. Interior is so beautiful.

The parking/ entrance is a bit hard to find- there’s no house number/ Google address point leads you to the front of an atrium Breakfast could use a bit of ‘touch up’ , variety( fresh juices, spreads, gluten free, vegan options)

Limited opening hours of the reception

Clean and comfortable room. Having air conditioning is a major advantage on a hot summer day. This is rare for hotels in this area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Lovely room with all the modern conveniences with attention to detail. Very clean. The staff is really welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Great location in that it's quieter but easily accessible to the center.

For a 4star hotel I would be expecting a 24 hour reception service. Luckily they have an automated system how to check in after the hours.

Really great place to stay in Jindrichuv Hradec. Comfortable and modern furnished rooms in a palace style (is not an original palace), clean. Check in after 6pm is done via key boxes, breakfast was ok, could be replenished more frequently (vegetables and cheese). Location is great, close to city center. The address in booking is missing the number of the street so it didn't lead me to the hotel, had to cruise around a bit to find it. Should be corrected.

The only minor issue we had was with the bathroom door, which we addressed at the reception and they immediately took note of it - I wouldn't remove any points from our great stay for that, though!

Beautiful hotel located at a quiet, but still central spot of the town, with everything being walking distance from it. The staff were great, very kind and accommodating, and the entire facility was sparkling clean and luxurious!

Even though there is a car park very close to hotel for the stadium if you do not have CZK you will not be able to pay for it, so exchange some money to have for car park. It's a bit of pity that hotel doesn't have some parking spots for their guests.

It is very nice place to stay, modern with very pleasant staff. The only call out from my side was that bad was soft which wasn't good for my injured back. Otherwise it was great.

Our room was very warm when we arrived and it takes some time before the airconditioning has lowered the temperature inside. Further the hotel does not have own parking spaces. So one has to park on a nearby square and pay the parking fee via the ticket machine that accepts only Czech Crown (coins and notes).

Small hotel providing all the comfort one needs for a holiday. Friendly and helpful staff.
