Breakfast included, a lot food to choose from. Spa was included as well

Upon our arrival to the register the staff member was unbother to welcome us with any interest. Flat looked different than in photos. The main hotel had a unpleassan smell.

Close to lake, large rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff. For area it was a fair price for a family room (2 bedrooms)

The main building could do with an external painting at the very least as it's the first impression on arrival and looks dilapidated. Would be a cheap remedy. Alittke dated inside the main building and the rooms but well maintained and clean so not a negative, just a comment. Very 80s with the wood panelling and frosted glass doors.

Did not like Staff behavior is unprofessional and rude. Did not like Food Varaities. Did not like Food Quality Did not like Cleanness level Did not like Poor facilities Did not like Insects , spiders which cause a shock to my kids. It was a waste of my money, unfortunately

We liked the location very much, nature is awesome, and we especially appreciated the private beach. This time of the year we pretty much had the beach to ourselves.

The roms were pretty basic, but sufficient. The windows are way below standard. One day, we had a storm, and we had to use furniture to barricade the door to the balcony as it did not close properly. The toilet was leaking, the shower caused some flooding, and the sink had its plug wedged in the drain in a way that it could neither be used nor removed.What bothered us most was that the rooms were not cleaned automatically and the cleaning often did not work out even upon request. The excuse we got was that the maids were afraid of our dog. But we had our dog with us pretty much all the time ( except maybe 4 days at breakfast time). Anyway, I don't want to go into detail, but we did not feel comfortable having our rooms cleaned only 3 times in 2 weeks. That would be o.k. for a hostel but not a hotel. The gym is ancient but mostly working, but I would not call it a gym as there are no cardio machines. The food was not geat either, do not book dinner, breakfast is fine. The personell is quite friendly but this is not a pleasant hotel, too old, too run down, not up to modern tourism. There are better places in the Czech Republic.

Pool is not included in the price It’s written lake view but over all no lake view!

Very friendly and communicative stuff

The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and good.

The hotel is old and neglected.
