the kettle wasn’t cleaned properly (leftover coffee from previous guest). Breakfast was limited, repetitive, and almost the same on both days when we stayed here. No replenishment of drinking water, no fresh towels provided during the stay. Early checkout at 11am. Rooms were very compact.

Excellent location – right across from two shopping malls, near the Franz Kafka rotating statue, with Charles Bridge, Old Town, and shopping streets within a 10-minute walk. Easy public transport access – close to both Green and Yellow Metro Lines. Had Air conditioning, Rituals toiletries, which give a premium feel.

Room tv was too small for the room size . All else was very good.

Location , room size and amenities in room , lighting was really thoughtful designer touches thru out. Super comfy bed .Even the maid service was exceptional. Breakfast superb too . Would highly recommend .

Nicole from the Reception Desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, right in front of Kafka's rotating head. While many tourists were gathering to watch it move every hour, we could watch it from our hotel window comfortably, especially at night when it was absolutely magical with a variety of changing colours. Many good restaurants are around, especially Cafe Louvre. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was fantastic, the bed was a great size and the mattress very firm. I've stayed in Prague over 10 times and this was the best night's sleep I've ever had.

Can’t name anything we disliked.

Location- not in the full central flow of tourist traffic, so more peaceful, with easy access via foot or public transportation to anywhere you want to go. The tasteful shopping center across the square provided us with easy food options and many services, we even found good quick haircuts. The good view of the rotating Kafka statue is a unique feature if you have a room facing the square.

We really liked the hotel. Very clean and organized. Kind and polite staff. The Hotel is located very close to the main tourist attraction. Prague is a wonderful city. We were delighted!

Location was perfect! Right in the heart of it all, staff were very friendly polite and professional especially tall skinny young guy he was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed went above and beyond. The room was massive had a fridge and air con bathroom was excellent can’t believe what I got for my money!

The breakfast was a bit expensive in regard to its content. The hot food treys were often empty, and it took some time for them to refill it. It was the same with the juice and drink station.

Helpful and friendly staff, the room was big with both a bathtub and a shower, and a large bed. It was clean when we arrived, and they did a good job keeping it clean from day to day. The location was great.

The soap dispensers in the room were not great. Sounds petty but made every shower twice as long!

Great location, lovely staff, nice rooms, well stocked minibar and right next to the Kafka Head and subway. 5 mins walk to the old town, 10 mins to the river.
