United StatesThe spa / treatment area is confusing and I wasn’t able to get the treatments that I wanted due to not having a medical clearance and the doctor wasn’t available while we were there :(
It’s a classy place , very clean and staff is nice. I like the easy access to the forest spring:) Also, it was my birthday and they gave me a sweet card with chocolate :) the pool was the cleanest pool ever!

AustriaThere was a slightly musty smell from the pillows, which I am very sensitive to. The shower door was leaking onto the floor. The pool, on weekdays, opens at 10 a.m.!
The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

The location, the rooms and the pool/whirpool were nicely heated and I enjoyed the swim. The breakfast was good enough, but nothing over the top.

Czech RepublicA minor thing - spa area would benefit from a cold mini pool or ice bucket. The resting area was hot and shower is the only way to cool.
Most of all we liked the food (we had breakfast & dinner) and location (near the forest). Spa area is also great, everything is new and super clean. Personnel is nice and friendly.

Nice bar with saxophone playing in the lobby of the hotel. Everything was very nice. I need more days to stay there! Highly recommended staying in this awesome hotel

Czech RepublicIn the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away.
The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only.

SwedenThe main part of the spa broke down in the middle of our stay and it was not vailable during the rest of our stay. This disappointed us greatly, because one of the main reasons we booked at hotel Nabokov was its spa. Of course, breakdowns happen and it was very probably not fault of the hotel, however, except for the info papers pasted on the elevators, there was no further action by the hotel management, like a personal apology of the management or reception staff. We had a similar experience at a spa hotel in Sweden a few years ago , and we got a voucher for a free stay at the hotel for the number of days the spa was out of order by our next visit of the hotel. Years ago in Japan the gym of the hotel could not be used due to a water leakage, so the management arranged a free use of the gym at a close hotel during the time the gym in our hotel was being repaired. We thought that the hotel could do some more to compensate its guests
Very good breakfast with a large number of choices, attentive and helpful staff. Staff was overall very helpful. The gym was incredibly well equipped. Close to the colonade, the museum and hiking trails. Good selection of various types of saunas (when the spa was working).
