We believe it was an unpleasant feeling, sick to finish a beloved bottle of alcohol, but you knowingly caused the situation yourself. . We have made it possible for you to rent equipment and stay in the area for the whole day of departure, including preparing lunch for your whole family, long after check-out. . We have done our best for your whole family and everything we offer and enable in our presentations, and every month the range of equipment and services is expanding. . Ask your children how they liked it :-) When they fed the fish in the crystal pond every morning, they could swim with them. They played with our canine therapist Kiwi. During their children's games and sports activities, they met children of other nationalities with great enthusiasm and discovery. Dear guests from Holland. After your arrival and welcome, we took you and your dog for a short walk in the nearby forest so that you can easily orient yourself for his walks. We helped you with check-in, which you could easily do in advance from home. We went through the local map with you, the possibilities for trips in the near and far surroundings - on foot, by car and by bike, as well as recommended restaurants. We offered you a free rental of high-quality sleeping bags, with sanitary napkins, which you did not have with you during the booked stay in the Indian tent, because you did not read the information on booking.com or in the e-mail in advance and you did not have sleeping bags with you. We also offered you the exchange of an Indian tent for a room, with a small supplement of 10 euros per night per person. So you slept in one of Shakti's nicest rooms, overlooking the garden, on a beautiful double bed, with a new medical mattress with a special formulation for a healthy back and a restful sleep. You took advantage of our offer for an evening romance in an Indian tent, during which you consumed 25 kg of prepared dry wood - free of charge as a superior gift from us. We served you three rich breakfasts, always partially warm, at a time when you wished you could sleep longer. We have offered mountain bikes and electric bikes for your use, free of charge, as well as all the equipment for activities and sports that we have prepared for our guests, always in perfect condition for a great ride and a happy return. The second evening you used an amazing place for relaxation and health - wellness sauna wooden house, with a bio lake for cooling. You had at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, even for preparing your own meals, approx. 20 types of loose teas from different parts of the world, soft drinks and beers of various types, a special edition of Colombian coffee beans, with a classic grinder and a French press - free of charge. You did not have the opportunity to enter a clean house in outdoor shoes, to consume alcohol with us, and your dog did not have access to the common kitchen and to use the toilet in the fenced garden where children play. We will not change this, not even in exchange for an even more favorable grade for the staff :-) Guests from Holland come to us often, even repeatedly, and we already have personal friendly relations with many of them. They will always remind us of what is new in your country, after 30 years since we last visited you. Yes, we confirm that all guests feel comfortable with us - people and animals, it is necessary to ask for the possibility of staying with a dog before arrival, as stated in the info on booking.com: Animals: Pets are allowed on request, for a possible fee and accept the rules for their stay before arrival. In this way, we kept the possibility to visit us with the dog. Someone has their dog like their child, but after all, it's a difference, especially in a shared space. Anyone who has a dog that is at least somewhat independent can use the shared kitchen even without his presence in this space. We are glad that our guests have such an option - to prepare their own home-cooked meals, with great cost savings, especially for families with children, on a longer stay. This is no longer usual in accommodation facilities, and the guests are then dependent only on the food they buy, several times a day. Our guests have the freedom of movement from check-in at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, thanks to their original pin key, which is used to open the room and all exterior doors. We provide activities with children according to the offer and only on the basis of the parents' order and in their presence, in principle also as an opportunity to teach family team building (kayaks, archery, climbing and many other activities). Otherwise, parents are always responsible for their children and have them under their supervision. Our female Kiwi is a special breed with training for canis therapy for adults and children. He also accompanies guests on trips, without a guide, upon agreement with us. It is a great and safe companion for children from the youngest age, as can be seen from many guest reviews. We cater to families with children with the price - children under 4 years have a 50% discount, children under 17 years have a 25% discount. Wellness with cooling in the lake is free for children under 10 years old. There are rooms of different sizes on offer and there is a choice. Some are family type - two-story (Shiva, Shakti), some very spacious (Heart). It depends on the guest's choice, according to their photo and description, as well as the dimensions.
