Please install mosquito screens, especially on the windows of the lower floors. There are a lot of insects! Also, there is not always a pleasant smell in the corridors.

Some parts of the rooms were run down a bit and could use some overhauling. Construction was ging on and if you stayed there the whole day , it could be annoying!

The location was just superb and we enjoyed the view every morning! The family room was as described and so were the facilities! Kids friendly - loved the bouldering room and the playrooms for the kids. The bunker exhibition was nice as well.

This is not a complaint, but rather a note for those who should know in advance that there is a separate charge for the spa, pool, and parking. I knew this beforehand, so I wasn’t surprised. Additionally, the mattress is a spring mattress, which personally I find less comfortable, but it might be fine for others.

High-level ski hotel. Well managed—you can see it in every small detail. Excellent and varied breakfast, friendly staff, and direct, convenient access to skiing!

Perfect for families and beginners for skiing. Food was good and tasty. Ski school and rental is very helpful and nice.

When booking, I used filters like parking, spa, queen bed, and gym to narrow down my choices. I got this Harmony Hotel. In reality, a queen bed is two single beds pulled together without even a bridge and cover. The gym, spa, and parking were at extra cost. Simply, what is the point of having filters and getting a hotel of your choice at a competitive price when, on the spot, you have to pay extra for all the conveniences that were your preference?

We had no coffee in the room. The room design (except for the bathroom) is a bit dated. Some staff members weren't too friendly or happy to help. The heating is not controlled from the room - need to contact the reception to adjust it.

Very spacious rooms with very clean and modern bathroom. Choice of pillows. Great breakfast and dinner options. Wonderful spa. The option for getting Sleds at the hotel was great. Beautiful location.

However, the bed was uncomfortable. We had a double bed, but it was made of two mattresses that kept moving apart, which made it hard to sleep. With better mattresses, it would have been a perfect stay!

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, and the whole hotel, including the room, was very clean.

Hotel was warm and cozy. Big parking area with lift to reception. The pool area is big enough and didn't feel crowded as well the spa. Good choice if you are staying with children wirh areas for playing. Adam at reception was kind and helpful.

One could spend a whole day in this hotel without going out. There are so many things to do inside. The wellness area is fantastic. Breakfast is just great. Please don’t miss the underground bunker.

the prices of food in the a la carte restaurant were not adequate to the amount of food and quality - very expensive for little portions - could definitely be more reasonable, given that the hotel is remote and you have to eat there if you don't want to go by car to town. the other option of a half pension was also expensive compare to the a la carte. also the Martini was diluted with water - cheap trick for such a place baby pool could do with some maintenance as most of the water activities did not work and could have some toys

great facilities for kids, pool, baby pool, indoor play area, bouldering, cinema for rainy days outdoor playground, trampoline and nature for dry days dogs are allowed, easy access by lift to dog area with poop bag supplies and bins

Great breakfast, friendly staff, great offer of activities including shooting range and golf simulator. Wellness was very nice although not included in the accommodation and a bit pricey.

Parking was not included in the price of the accommodation. My girlfriend and I had a double room, but there were only two single beds pushed together, which left an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

Everything fine and price was great. Great breakfast and super nice staff.
