The room was very small. Actually the smallest one we had in this hotel during past 4 visits in a year. There was no space to even put a chair to leave your clothes on overnight or to sit on instead of on the bed all the time. So you need to keep putting everything in and out the wardrobe. Mattresses in our room were simply too old and long pass due replacement. I haven't slept this bad in years. It was like lying in a pit. When we reported this issue (among others) we were simply told that some of the room got new mattress and we were recommended to book exclusive room instead of standard next time. No compensation whatsoever, not even simple we're sorry... Shower stall needs maintenance too. Shower door seals are torn and moulded, bottom of the stall had many chips in the enamel. In overall, the room was clean but cleaning was basically limited to emptying bin once in 6 days. No towel change, beds not made. No big deal for us, but still...

Great location, right in the middle of the town. Parking right in the front of the hotel. Very good breakfast - plenty to choose from and very good quality. Kitchen was great in overall, we tried their lunch menu couple of times and it was always very tasty and also nicely presented.

Somebody from neighbors were smoking to the aircondition and i had to ventilate few hours. I informed reception desk imediatelly. Smoking in the hotel is vorbiden.

Room was maybe a little dated and shower felt a little bit tired, but I was happy with my room!

Very nice location at the main square. Had no problem getting a parking spot just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast.

Very good communication of the staff, perfectly fluent in English, very kind and helpful! (I was communicating mainly with the short hair lady on shift at reception on Friday 13.10., can't remember the name, but she was very professional and super nice). Parking free for hotel guests directly in front of the hotel is very convenient.

Breakfast was delicious, room cosy and warm, very quiet. The only thing which was missing was hairdryer in the room. The staff was friendly and nice.

Nice place, boring town, but really close to the Skoda plant. Staff was quite good, friendly and helpful

Rooms are ok, Wallpaper are little bit old/will pull off the wall (looks not nice). Bed was old. Breakfast was a little bit low cost. Everything was there but not "for the eyes". But for 48 Euro/night you can't expect more.

Well located in the middle of the city center. Parking free of charge in front of the hotel. The price was low.

There were no power outlets nearby the beds. Today as we have multiple devices to charge I would expect at least 1 next to my bed for my mobile phone. The Wifi was connect-disconnect all the time and when connected the speed was awful low (not only for the videos but for standard, static portal pages also).

The location was perfect. Staff was very welcoming and friendly and solved issue of power outage very quickly. Parking is free in front of the hotel with plenty of places. The room is good enough for few nights. Breakfast is nice. Offer was changing each day with fixed parts like scrambled eggs, veggies, cold cuts and cheese. 3 days, 3 variables was available which is nice for a longer stay.
