Dear Maria Eugenia, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Usually, we’re very hands-on (and maybe even a little too talkative 😊) when it comes to welcoming guests. It may have felt different this time because the reception was quite busy with check-ins. We do have a whole wall full of information about the hostel and activities, and of course guests are always welcome to come back to reception anytime with questions once things are less crowded. We appreciate your note about the toilet paper and paper towels. Our team checks and replenishes supplies regularly throughout the day, but during busy periods there may be a short delay.
