The room key was a nightmare as every day it would stop working. The corridor outside the room wasn’t lit up at night. Our room was on the side where a nightclub was, so quite noisy at night till very late. The breakfast was very basic and same every day. The room with pool table - extra charge applied to play a game of pool or darts. Towels in the room only changed once in 6 days. Rooms not cleaned once throughout our whole stay.

The hotel was easy to find. It was possible to park for free at the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and arranged an early breakfast for us. We could also leave the car there. Very good service, easy check-in and check-out. perfect location.

The beds could use an update: they are low with relatively thin mattresses.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the waiter who works tirelessly in the adjoining restaurant. We would always get a friendly greeting for breakfast and another for supper: he even remembered the way each customer takes their coffee and anticipates their every need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and modern. The location of this hotel is also perfect: visible from the first main intersection in town. This is important in a region of narrow valleys and switchback roads.

We had room on the side of thebroad and since the early morning (5am) there was a lot of noise from those big snow trucks or plow or whatever it was.

We already visited this hotel this year and we were satisfied to come back again. We only stayed one night and it was perfect. Especially, I appreciate that hotel is pet-friendly and could have my dog with me. Breakfast was nice.

Right next to the hotel is music bar and a noise can be heard in the night.

Staff was very nice, average breakfast, nice rooms, clean. Hotel is placed in the middle of the "city", good location, free parking. Some restaurants and bar around. I had my dog with me (pitbull) and it was not problem for anybody at all - I appreciate it!

The hotel has potential to be very charming, stylish, historical place. It is all ruined by the cheesy decorations and add-ons like flower pots on the stairs or a dinner plate covering the big vase so it doesn't get dusty. It has 4 stars but I'd say its more like 2,5 standard. SPA is very poor and cheap, don't recommend at all. Food served in the restaurant is nothing special (for example orange juice for breakfast isn't a real juice). Soups totally tasteless. Sitting by the main table you can see woman doing dishes and the kitchen backstage through constantly open doors and nobody cares. Waiter, older man who seems to be very experienced at his job, is dressed like he slept wearing his clothes, just woke up and went to work :) I guess its Czech Republic's charm. The mini bar in the room is a fridge that doesn't work. The dressing room for skiers is a very tiny room with tiny lockers, no bench for changing shoes. I guess the hotel wasn't originally meant to be the place for skiers.

Very nice historical art decoish building in the center of the town. Price was decent.

No hand towels Dirty water coming out of the shower and sink. Blocked, unusable safe Horrible mattresses Stinking sauna Breakfast ALL the butter were expired (18.03.2025)!!! Old vegetable and fruit. No milk. Ordered two long coffees with milk, and received 2 cappuccinos. Small choice breakfast. Unfriendly hotel personal. Kicking us out from breakfast at 9:41 (breakfast is from 8h to 10h) The 3rd day: we came at 9:20 to the dining room for the breakfast and there were two dirty free tables, and all the other free tables were full with dirty dishes. The two waitresses were behind the bar, chatting. At the breakfast table, there was no more fruit, no more clean plates, no more scrambled eggs. We ordered two lungos with milk, and we got again two cappuccinos. To my complaint the waitress simply replied "yes, it is a lungo with a little bit of too much milk..." TV doesn't work, not even national channels Too high price for very bad quality. Not recommendable.

The bed was in such a bad condition in room 208, that on the smallest movement it made a loud, squeaky sound so we could not sleep properly in the night. We did report it the next morning to the reception.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The hotel is in the middle of the town.

The beds were highly unstable and uncomfortable including the pillows, the rubbish was taken on the third day, the rooms have very thin walls so the noise from the next room was quite disturbing. Also, there were two families with 6 kids who made the corridor to the playground with the conviction they had the right to do what they wanted from 6-22 hrs. Very unpleasant experience for the entire length of stay.

Bad service in reception, no one there.bad matress. Wanted to take a walk at 7 Am when I woke up but the hotel was locked and I had to wait till 8 when the breakfast staff opened up
