The location is great. Right in the town next to the bridge, so it's easy to get to all the sites. The hostel is not brand new but clean. Though not spacious, Merlin hostel is decorated with great drawing, making it a pleasant place to stay. And the staff are really kind and helpful, letting us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

the place is old and coul need some renovation, especially the kitchen (small fridge and slooow stove) and the bathrooms (one out of two shower was partially broken). cleaning a little more wouldn't be bad, overall it was okay, but as soon as something falled under the bed you would discover a carpet of dust.

the position is perfect, in the middle of the city and not far from the autobus station. it's quite cheap, but the balance with the quality is still not the best.

The property is pretty old. It was raining and they rain just pouring down from window so we have to close it. But it’s so hot and humid inside.

The location is very close to the center and beautiful view on the balcony. The staff are very kind and nice. My stay was pleasant despite the heat in summer

There were no blinds in the room so I woke up at 5:30 due to the light. So make sure you bring eye covers. Other than that it was really nice!

Unfortunately we were right next to construction that made relaxing, enjoying the terrace, or sleeping late very difficult! I shared a room with 1 other person which was great but there were 6 beds and if full it could be challenging to maneuver the cramped spaces. Very thin, hard, and uneven mattresses.

Great location, fantastic manager, lovely old building with lots of character. Nice terrace. Nice to have beds, not bunks! Quiet, nice people.

The bedrooms and bathrooms could use more hooks. The furniture and bedding is pretty beat. The walk from the Flix Bus station is murder on your suitcase wheels.

This place has lots of character, as does the village itself. Kitchen is small but adequate. It's right in the heart of the historic center.

The bed linen was not very clean. The staff can be hard to reach as their working hours are irregular. If you need to store luggage, you can arrange it in advance through Booking.com—they are very friendly and accommodating!

This accommodation is located in a small town with an excellent location and very affordable rates. Being able to enjoy the town’s scenery in the early morning was truly a highlight.

The beds aren’t super comfy, but it’s an inexpensive hostel so you kind of have to lower your mattress standards. Also, the square can be very noisy at night, so just close your window if you can’t handle it

Perfect location with the bonus of privacy! The rooms are pretty small, but it’s reasonable for the price you pay. The balcony looks right out on the river and was really nice to sit out there in the evening.
