Issues with toilet (water). We were accommodated in another building close to the hotel (not the one which is presented on pictures) - misleading information. Restaurant and meal is rather below the standard in the area.

I was assigned a delightful room in what felt to be a tower. It was up several sets of stairs, but with a beautiful view, a large bed, and a loft available for any children traveling.

Hotel could use some sprucing up. Our room was a bit tired looking. Bathroom door would not shut properly. There is a mention in amenities of AC. Our room had a small fan. Luckily the heat wave had passed before we got to town.

Breakfast was more than sufficient.

Nothing really - I went to sleep with the window open as it was a very warm evening, but with a number of bars and restaurants in the vicinity it was inevitable that there was some noise till around 0330. With the windows closed it was no problem!

Bit outdated, but everything worked. Sauna stones should be better and more. Soap and shampoo should be in bottles/dispenser, not small bags.

They neglected the cleaning before our arrival. Even though they did their best to fix it once we notified them, but it just shouldn’t happen. The apartment itself and its facilities were a bit rundown. There were not enough glasses or plates for a group of 4 they advertised it for. Fortunately we didn’t plan on using its kitchen facilities as we dined in restaurants only. The breakfast was same every day, tasty, but could be better.

Its central location was a huge bonus. Apartment was spacious.

Stairs to the unit were very awkward, doors didn't close well, and it was very squeaky.

Had a spacious and comfortable suite on the top floor, although with quite a few opportunities to bump your head. Very charming location at the waterfront. Great start for walks through the lovely alleys of Ceske Budejovice. Short walking distance to the main square. Breakfast was adequate.

The apartment was in a separate building so you had to walk down the street to another building to access the reception/breakfast. The breakfast is so boring and basic, scrambled eggs and sausages in water, and bread with ham and cheese. Also the property charged 300kc for pets A NIGHT, it should be per stay as that added up to such a large surprise fee.

The apartment was very modern, clean, and came with nice smelling shampoos/body wash. The guy at the reception was super nice with great English.

Everything in the room was very modest, there were no curtains, there were roller blinds on the window outside, but they didn’t work, it's not a big problem, but still.

Room was basic with no view from the window. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. For the cost however it was still good value for money. The shower over the bath needed replacing. Due to hard surfaces on floors it could be noisy at night especially when one couple had drinks in the entrance hall late at night and were loud.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Good value for money. Good choice of breakfast.

Close to excellent facilities, sites and the park - a lovely location. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would consider staying again. Breakfast was continental but also with some cooked options.
