Location in the centre. Nice staff at reception.

Issues with toilet (water). We were accommodated in another building close to the hotel (not the one which is presented on pictures) - misleading information. Restaurant and meal is rather below the standard in the area.

Very good location and comfortable room. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit lower than I like.

I was assigned a delightful room in what felt to be a tower. It was up several sets of stairs, but with a beautiful view, a large bed, and a loft available for any children traveling.

It was a bit warm. A small fan would have helped tremendously.

Excellent location, easy to access from the main road through the town. Secure parking was also useful. Apartment was on two levels, clean and quiet. Staff are friendly, the breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable.

The room was poorly equipped, while somehow being full of furniture. A cooking hob, sink unit and storage trolley look old and unloved. Random chairs are scattered about. Within the sink unit was a collection of mismatched cutlery that has evidence of dishwasher residue. Also, poor ventilation in the top level, the room was hot at night. No facilities for hot drinks.

Good size of room, location, comfortable beds, breakfast, friendly receptionist.

No hot water, dirty rugs, big stain on the wall, dirt falling from windows when opened. Upon arrival I asked receptionist how long the restaurant is open. I was told 10 pm. We arrived 9pm and ordered drinks straight away. After 20 minutes waitress arrived with no drinks and said kitchen is closed.

The location is great — very central and convenient for exploring the old town. The building itself has some charm and character, and the check-in process was smooth. Staff were polite.

Unfortunately, the room was very basic and did not match the price at all (we paid around $170 per night). • There were no power sockets near the beds, which made charging devices inconvenient. • No air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable during warm weather. • The shower was tiny — barely usable, especially if you’re taller or with a child.

Good location for sure, great restaurants and bars and a beautiful boardwalk outside

Rooms not clean enough, coming from a guy I imagine that women would find it much worse than I did.

The staff at the hotel were always very helpful. One even did research about a site we wanted to go see but were unsure if it would be open given the fact it was Easter Weekend. She contacted the site, got information and then relayed it to us. With the language barrier this really helped us ensure we didn't drive a couple hours only to find the site closed. They did the little things that helped our stay be that much better. It is a small family run hotel and they did an excellent job, PLUS, the cafe attached to it served DELICIOUS food.

I usually have something to say in this, but for Klika, I do not.

    Property response:

    Thank you Klika

it was ok. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect.Other hotels had limited availability for 4 rooms at the time.

Bathroom needs to be improved. Cracked wash basin, loose shower wall, dirty fan grill. At the check-in I was told, parking would cost 5 EUR. At the check out they charged CzK 450. which is a abut EUR 18. Their parking lot is not even paved but full of debris instead. The staff would require a lot of training. For the overall level of service is this facility way overpriced. Benefit is the excellent location. This is what you have to pay for.

    Property response:

Thank you for your review. To clarify: You were charged 250 CZK for parking and 50 CZK/person for tourist tax. Therefore, the total amount was 450 CZK (4 persons)

The room was supposed to be 60 square meters - I don't think it was. It was a loft conversion so the ceilings were slanted which reduced the room even further. The slanted ceilings meant you can't stand up at the toilet or in the bath for the shower. We were told breakfast was 07:00-10:00 - we arrived for breakfast at 07:00 on the Monday as our taxi to the train station was 08:20 but apparently breakfast was 07:30-10:00 - not good. There was a primary half circle window for the main room - but there was no curtain, so it let all the light in.

It is a great location, but it is one of those a little bit outdated hotels so the rooms were very blunt and not really cozy.

    As mentioned earlier.

    Free parking.

Hotel is in the city centre, however the apartment is at a different location,1 km away of hotel/city centre. Apartment different from what is shown on the pictures. Poorly equipped. Door knobs were falling apart, door filling missing. Not quiet either.
