There was an AC in the description of the room, but there was a fan instead of it (which wasn't a problem as it wasn't hot outside that day, but still).

Everything was awesome. The room was spacious, super clean, comfortable and cool thanks to the AC. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff were nice and welcoming. You must try their restaurant lunch/dinner. I highly recommend trying the asparagus and/or potato soup. they have delicious options and we ate there almost every day. not to mention it has a nice view from the it's balcony.

There is carpeting in the rooms. It needs serious cleaning. It would be better to remove it. This was the only distracting point.

One evening was completely booked and we needed to find another place to eat dinner. That was a bit disappointing.

Hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast was very good and they have a full service restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

But we expected more — the room was beautifully furnished, but small and faced the back of the hotel and other buildings. The hotel lacks space for a lobby bar or any common areas, and there is no pool or spa center, which you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was great, but the prepaid dinner, which had no conditions mentioned beforehand, was disappointing. We had to choose between starter and dessert, starter and main course, or starter and main course again — but never all three. This limitation should be clearly stated when paying for dinner in advance. However, the food was really delicious!

Very kind staff — we received all the arrival details in advance and had no problems. Even later, when we needed help with parking our car, a very friendly employee assisted us in finding the parking lot. The parking is outside the hotel, about a 5-minute drive away, and it’s an outdoor lot. The hotel has a truly great location — a beautiful building right in the center of Karlovy Vary, close to the hot springs and the walking promenades.

My mom and I stay stayed in this hotel for one night and we were absolutely thrilled to spend a night in such a beautiful place. Exquisite room with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food. The staff of the hotel was very nice, welcoming and friendly. The building itself is very beautiful. I felt as if I stayed in a luxury hotel with a beautiful entrance, stairwell, and elevator. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you! We are coming back again this autumn!

Excellent staff and service including the driver who drove us to the parking lot, the hotel location is excellent and central, nice and comfortable rooms, delicious and very satisfying breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Karlovy Vary

The aircondition control in our room 518 was not easy to manage as it was written it would be.

The stylish romantic hotel was a great choise, it was comfortable, clean, staff was very helpful, friendly, free Wifi worked well, cleaning services available every day. The extra large bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a pleasant floor heating. Buffet breakfast offered until 10.30am had a variety of choises. Hotel has a great location, close to the central Hot Spring Vridlo, all attractions are in walking distance. For further places is a nearby city bus stop, tickets can be purchased in bus by card or by the driver.
