Warped doors in the wardrobe and to the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, old rusty batteries, thin old pillows.

Maybe rennovation is some rooms would make sense

Many times I stayed here - and returned again, and will return again in 2025 Feb. For sure, you can find better and worse hotels in Karlsbad, this one represents personally for us - kind of a golden middle: we are ok with breakfast, we find Lunch/Dinner tasty. Visible that people try hard, the place is perfect, price ok if you book a bit in advance, parking lot - easy to achieve with funicular railway, 5 min walk to springs..

Common halls, hall and bathroom in the room need to be refreshed. It's very noticable that they are not renewed for a long time. Change room and shower in pool are very old.

Great location and view from the room. Friendly stuff. Breakfast was usual but very tasty. Badroom was good and clean. Towels and supplies were refreshed every day. Pool was good.

The temperature of the swimming pool should be a little bit higher. It was 25-26, but we were looking at around 30 C. We are in Karlovy Vary, right :)

Hotel in the centre of the Karlovy Vary. The rooms are big enough and well-equipped. The view from the window is really nice, even at night. The carpet in the room little bit dirty, but at least not smelly. This is the problem in almost every hotel here in CZ. Breakfast was really good, with many choices. Swimming pool with a hot-tube was nice.

The hotel is not new, but it has it’s charm with the classic design. The great position and the view. Good breakfast. Everything was tasty. We didn’t miss a bottle of a sekt (may be, because of the KV movie festival). We had warm atmosphere. Used small swimming pool. We had it only for us. The staffs are very friendly and the owner is ready to help as well. Recommend it.

I wish that the pool/jacuzzi had later opening hours. It closed at 7PM which felt a little early.

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel offered pool/jacuzzi services and billiards and table tennis all included in the price. The breakfast was good and was also included in the price.

The location was great, just off the center of the attractions. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet and a good selection. We used the pool and gym, the pool was nice, the gym was ok if you're trying to just get a small workout in. If you have a rigorous workout routine, you might not find what you need in the gym - but if you're in Karlsbad for vacation that's probably not a concern for you :)

the hotel has been running for some dozen years and it can be seen on the furniture as well as cutlery and dishes in the breakfast room. The room is not 100% sound proofed. One can hear talks from the neighbour rooms and if there is a chat in the corridor it's all heard very well. I was surprised to notice that the staff, thought very friendly, speaks very little the language of the country they are living and working in. For some I am not sure they spoke any english. And for the price of the hotel the quality of the tea in the room and for the breakfast was extremely poor.

top floor, great view on the square and the river, balcony, super comfortable beds, bath tub, cattle in the room. Helpful and friendly receptionist. The aesthetic of the hotel creates an atmosphere of past times, which is somehow cheesy yet pleasant.

The receptionist on Friday did not speak English. There is no SPA in reality - the pool was 26 degrees, which is not what is expected in a SPA hotel. Probably this is great when it is 40 degrees outside and you want to cool down, but not when it is -3 and you are freezing. The Sauna can only be booked for 1h slots. This is not a general problem, but 30 mins slots could have been a better option.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city very close to the mineral springs. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really nice.

Using swimmingpool costs an extra €5 per person per day per person. The sauna is in a separate area and also has an additional charge.

The hotel is in the historical Katlovy Vary city center with a lovely view. The building is historic and beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. There’s a swimming pool and paid parking (about 20 eur), which is very useful if you’re traveling by car in UNESCO sites. The hotel is also pet-friendly (pets can stay for extra fee. In our case it was 18 eur). Also hotel staff aranged extra bed for our son without any extra charge. Thank you for that!

There is a smell coming from the carpet in the room. If the windows aren’t open, it’s hard to tolerate the odor. It was especially bad at night — the air in the room became really unpleasant. We won’t be coming to this hotel again.
