Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Rooms need a refurbishment: they are old style, but they were very clean and comfortable.
Location: quietness, centric. Staff: very kind and helpful. Cleanliness: Very comfortable. Restaurant: very convenient, good food, and great staff.

The receptionist during the check-in was very kind and welcoming, but she made a mistake. She lost my plastic card with my company details on it which she asked from me during the check-in to be able to prepare the invoice. She requested me to leave it there and promised to give it back during check-out, but I never got back the card, unfortunately. Her colleague who was on duty during check-out on the following morning, didn't know about the card at all ... It's not a big thing but at that moment it was a quite bad and bitter experience for me.
I always stay in this hotel when I am around Prerov, usually only one night. The dinner/food was really tasty, the room was quite big, clean and comfortable. It was 33-34 Celsius outside and the room became really hot, so a fan was available in the room (unfortunately there is no air conditioning).

Furniture and equipment are very old, about 30-40 y.o. The bed, bulbs, light is very old. The receptionist had spoken only Czech, no English.
Parking was spacious and free, breakfast was good. Check-in was fast. Room has enough space.

Nothing springs to mind
We love this hotel and always keep coming back even booking the same room most of the time. Staff is always lovely, food is great, pool is awesome and we love the breakfast choices.

The pharmacie they have is limited so it's a problem during weekend if you don't have car. Also I asked for un big bed and I had instead 2 single beds together. But ok.
It was a really nice experience, I fully recommend the hotel, the people were helpful and caring for the customers. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful, warm and clean. The beds were really comfortable.

The hotel charged €40 to use the air conditioning. 50% of the rate of the room. When I questioned the staff the person at reception was very rude and said “what do you expect! It’s summer!” When booking the room, it stated in that air conditioning would be an additional fee but it did not say how much. Every other hotel I have stayed at that charged an additional fee never charged more than €10. So surprise guest with a fee of €40 to not sleep in a 30+ degree room with no ventilation is disgraceful. Room was basic and dirty.

Room: No electric socket to charge the phone near the bed, no minibar. Breakfast: no vegetables, not even one as I remember. Limited offer. Bored staff.

Hotel is outdated rooms need renovation. To turn the Tv on you need to press 4 buttons. couldn’t get really hot water in shower. Wi-Fi is weak. Younger front staff is rude.
