Hotel is very close to the train stop. The hotel has lockers on a separate floor for luggage, allowing you to safely store your bags for a few hours after checking out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Marcela. She is a very kind person🌸

The only minor quibble would be slightly unreliable water pressure and temperature in the shower.

An amazing place, ideally located for everything. The river is nearby, with a truly lovely island, and there are several convenient public transport options to reach the city center. The parking spot was great, the breakfast was good, and the terrace offered a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we asked for. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was nice. Location was a bit farther than I thought it would be, but that was on me. The room was beautiful! Comfy bed. Lobby had old world charm! Oxsana was very helpful and exhibited wonderful customer service!

The location is fabulous, trams run fast and the city is fantastic. Breakfast is delicious specially the local bread. The terrasse is nice and cozy.

Oxana was a "gem" of a host. She welcomed us with warmth and provided information that helped us feel welcome and helped us navigate the city successfully. She also helped us with what Czech cuisine was a "must try". The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location perfect for our needs. The room was clean and quiet and a perfect respite from touring. We loved the decor, the rooftop terrace, the library and the welcoming beer.

There were two things that really stood out when choosing this hotel, the breakfast and the rooftop terrace. I only wish I had been there for the tea! I'm sure it would have been great!

The got water on the 4 floor get really hot in the shower if somebody flushes the water. Can be problematic with kids. We informed them and they said it would be taken care of.

The hotel itself. Beutifull, special, has a vintege feeling to it. Great brakefast. Amazing staff. Thank so much to Peter, Victor and Oksana. Peter helped us so much with everything- renting a car, figuring how to park, getting a package of data for our phone. An amazing guy. The viee from the panoramic floor also.

We only stayed one night and had to leave really early in the morning, so we missed breakfast, but we liked our room a lot and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
