Loved the location, very close to city centre but not in the crowded area. Lots of restaurants options Nice walk towards everything Supermarkets nearby. Parking garage. Very very good breakfast!!!!! Loved the chia pudding LOVED the option to eat in the Library 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

They don’t offer room shoes (slippers) but no drama, it would have been a nice-to-have

Everything was great including breakfast, helpful staff (Mr. Petr in reception), location. Great value for money, would go there again.

Located near tram and bus stations but you may also just walk to the center if you fancy the extra steps Rooftop terrace where you can drink your morning coffee or even carry your breakfast there Very helpfull front desk staff If you arrive by car and find their own parking too expensive, just leave your car in the nearest P+R parking (Kotlářka) and Uber or Bolt to the hotel

Floor could definitely use a serious mopping (spilled a drop if water, cleaned it with a paper napkin, it turned black) Internet was frequently dropping Breakfast is satisfactory but that's it, below the hotel rating (also no slippers) Room had decent modern furniture but it was just placed there, no plan, no design. Bathroom door squeaky.

Hotel is very close to the train stop. The hotel has lockers on a separate floor for luggage, allowing you to safely store your bags for a few hours after checking out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Marcela. She is a very kind person🌸

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The location was excellent for our needs and excursions. Staff was exceptional and Petr was a tremendous asset to us. His directions, recommendations for restaurants, and helpfulness was above and beyond. He is a tremendous asset to this establishment and we are very thankful to have had his assistance.

The property is well maintained, beautifully decorated. The terrace is a lovely spot with a beautiful view for evening cocktails and morning coffee

All was perfect, amazing experience, very comfortable beds, good connection with the old town

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable and quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The only minor quibble would be slightly unreliable water pressure and temperature in the shower.

Personality, away from the major chain hotels. Easy access to the tram station, with connection to the main train station. Away from the touristy areas. Good breakfast!

Shower was odd, and fluctuated between super hot and cold. Beds where worn down on one side, my friends side was fine. I had a slight back ache from the bed.
