Toilet was weird Hotel seemed very big / conference style

A bit in the middle of nowhere - a big hotel with lots of sports facilities - including a 2 lane bowling alley! Suited us as we were there taking part in the Ironman event in Hradec Karalove which was close by Room was clean and comfortable - single beds - and toilets was reverse flush which was a bit strange - and our room was in the older part of the hotel Pool was lovely to use after a long day - not loads of sun beds Grounds were lovely with herds of deer Food was good - limited choice menu - but well cooked and presented - staff friendly and helpful even though not a lot spoke English - great early breakfast available on race day which was kind to do

Very nice, clean and modern accommodation. Hotel very quiet. Rooms very nicely furnished. Breakfast very good with a large selection. The accommodation includes an outdoor pool and a beautiful view from the room of the field.

Could be cheaper taking into consideration interior design from 20 years ago and very poor breakfast. Breakfast is with a very small choice of products, I have been in the hotel two years ago, gave the comment about breakfast but nothing changed.

Hotel is placed in a lovely area surrounded by wood & fields with a lot of animals like rabbits and roes. Room was clean and in general everything was good but hotel is a bit overpriced taking into consideration standard of the interior design, breakfast and lack of smart tv.

Great location, close to the forest, with a lot of walking paths nearby. Wellness was good and free from 10.00 to 15.00, and beside that the hotel offered many different activities, such as ping-pong and tennis. Staff was kind and supportive.

Beautiful place. Very clean. In summer would be perfect with swimming pool tennis and these deers around. There is also smal lack. The breakfast was good and the bread was fresh. I wish I had more time to try sauna and whole spa area.

We were expecting a much better hotel restaurant, but it was mainly based on pre-prepared (maybe frozen) meals.

They could have been more helpful. If you obviously have nothing to do at a reception and your guests are struggeling to orientate themselfs in the surroundings, it would not be too much to ask to offer to make some calls for them.

The staff was very kind, even if a bit clueless sometimes. The place is beautiful and soothing, the facilities are well maintained. Food options may be a bit small in variety but everything we ate was prepared excellently.

Probably the only thing is the wi-fi in the room (ours was room 46). It was very-very slow and unstable.

Hotel was very nice! It’s 30 minutes away from the festival Rock for people! It’s possible to get a taxi from the hotel to the festival! Friendly stuff! :)

1. **Restricted Sauna Hours:** The complimentary sauna had very limited operating hours, which reduced its accessibility. Extending the availability or offering more flexibility would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. 2. **Room Blackout Issues:** The curtains in my room did not fully block out light, which affected my sleep quality. This is a simple fix that would significantly improve comfort. 3. **High Costs for Sports Activities:** While the facilities were excellent, the additional fees for using certain sports amenities felt excessive compared to similar hotels. Major Concern: Noise Disturbance & Guest Service During my stay, there was a **severe noise issue at night**, which disrupted my sleep. While I understand such occurrences can be unforeseen, I was disappointed by the **lack of proactive communication** from the hotel. **I had to personally complain** to address the problem, and even then, the resolution felt dismissive—as if it were a normal incident beyond the hotel’s responsibility. A more **genuine, empathetic approach** would have demonstrated better guest care. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The serene surroundings made for a relaxing atmosphere. - Excellent Tennis Courts: The quality of the tennis facilities was outstanding, and I appreciated having access to such well-maintained courts.
