Difficult to get to / from the property; staff did not really speak English making it a challenge to communicate; kitchen needed a few more accessories (eg, oil, salt, any spices or dry goods to get you started), and ice-making trays.

The apartment was quite lovely — spacious, high quality appliances and comfortable furniture. It is located right on the river in the pedestrian section of the town. High ceilings, well appointed kitchen.

This is nothing to do with accommodation, but because location is on pedestrian area, it is bit challenging to carry all your luggages into room. There is slot in morning and evening where you drive to front door. Remember to book parking slot in advance!

After traveling 20 years, this might be the best accommodation ever. Location is fantastic and flat itself is great. All you need to stay here even longer time. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything is super clean!

An extremely large and clean apartment 100 m from the Colonnades on a flat street. Big and completely equiped kitchen. Extremely quiet, facing the pedestrian-only area. Full of restaurants and cafes.

Information was a bit partial about the parking, there's an additional cost (not much) to the municipality if you wish to exit and re enter the parking area, apart from first and last day. There was a jacuzzi but no proper stand in shower.

Absolutely stunning! Extremely spacious apartment with big very well equipped kitchen and big bathroom with shower and tub, and one more extra toilet. Apartment is right in the city center, at the footstep of main mineral spring - Vřidlo. Whole accommodation is even more beautiful than on pictures! Definitely good value for money.

The only thing that could be improved would be a suggestion to add a separate shower in the main bathroom as it is not easy to shower in the jacuzzi.

The apartment is located in a very central area, complete with shopping, dining and other facilities, clean and spacious, with a very good view from the window. The apartment has a fixed parking space on a nearby street, you need to apply to the landlord in advance if you want to use it, and the parking fee needs to be charged separately. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped us a lot, and is very easy to deal with, can speak Czech, German and English.

In the bedroom are no black out curtains. It was light all the time in the room as it facing the church, which is always iluminated. With a 15Months kids this was not very comfy as he was awake at 5am. Maybe this it not a problem for everyone

The check in check out was super easy. Friendly contact and super helpful. Was really clean and cosy the apartment The location is great and restaurant of the building is top.

1:the owner doesn't speak English and the check-in was a bit troublesome, especially if you arrive by car. Although I already did online check-in in advance, there were no instructions provided on check-in process. There was no reception. The street does not allow cars. so we had to stop and call the owner. Parking lot was a bit far from hotel and charged 15EUR/night. 2: the room was very clean and new, which is a shame that the carpet in the living room was unbelievably dirty, completely covered in hairs and dust. It seems that it was used by some pet owners and then the carpet was never cleaned. 3: another problem was the bath tub. The moment we started the bubble function the water was filled with yellow disgusting residues so we had to give up taking a bath. Also please consider having a shower room or at least a glass cover on the bath. taking a shower in the bath flooded almost half of the bathroom.

The location is fantastic. It literally can't get any better than this one. The flat is very well renovated and equipped. Also very quiet.
