The hotel's unique location overlooking the city. Delicious, varied breakfast. Very nice service. Beautiful and clean room. Atmospheric restaurant. Free parking. Peace and quiet. I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back.

United KingdomWhat a great find! Beautiful hotel with real character, super comfortable large room, very good breakfast, lovely staff and a good restaurant. We arrived by train and took a taxi up the steep hill. We sat outside having dinner on the terrace and watching the sun go down over the mountains. So quiet and peaceful, we loved it!

Absolutely amazing little family hotel, the views are incredible, it has so much character, the rooms are lovely. Some of the previous reviews commented on the breakfast and they were right, I travel a lot and the breakfast was the best I have ever had hands down. There are so many lovely hiking trails, you’d need a week to get to do them all. I didn’t get to use the wellness centre as planned, as the the bathtub was absolutely epic. Miroslav, who doubled up as a receptionist and a waiter, was lovely and very helpful. If you are unsure where to stay in and around the Jesenik town like I was, pick this hotel, you won’t regret it.

United KingdomAs it was a former hunting lodge, there may have been rather too much taxidermy on view for some people. Large boar heads and deer peering down from the walls. It didn't bother us but l could see some may find it a bit gory!!
Loved the location, views, room, bathroom, cosy bar, food, lovely breakfast. We were able to hike directly from the hotel and hired mountain bikes from Jesenik. We travelled without a car and the local taxi company got us to and from the station with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

LatviaThis family hotel is in a beautiful location with nature trails. Our room was spacious with a large balcony. The interior of the hotel is decorated with ancient objects and hunting trophies, a unique collection of Christmas decorations. The restaurant's fireplace is a good addition to the romantic atmosphere. Excellent breakfast!

Czech RepublicNo one at reception, (on arrival or departure) we had to book in and out through the restaurant once we found a waiter who had time to talk to us. Then we had to wait 35 minutes until someone was free to take us to a room. We reserved a table and ordered meals for the evening, assured that there would be no problems. There was no table reserved, and we refused to be in the children's room amongst the noise and chaos. We were given a 'display' table, that was not cleared or re set. When the waiter eventually reappeared, he proceeded to inform us ''what we could not have from the menu''. Basically we could choose fried snichal, cheese or trout and there may be a stake?. They had had a busy day was the 'apology', by this time it was 8.40 no time to drive into town. Then as you can see they rate it at 6.0?, obviously customer care counts for nothing.
The hotel is as good as it looks no problems. The hotel proport's to put it's guests first ''fantastic''
