Spectacular location, convenient for hiking, breakfast included, clean and comfortable

No cards accepted, parts of the building felt run down and outdated, kitchen closed early for a hiking shelter

Great location, staff and cleanliness!

It’s a horrendous building from inside out. The architect didn’t have much sense of nature and respect for the place. Or was it the communism era?

Very comfortable rooms and the location is of course absolutely stunning.

No pillow and blankets in the room. Restaurant is criminally expensive (staff didn't speak English)

Don’t book online, very different price when you arrive, c £30 cheaper than booking.com, just arrive as there is plenty of room, you can call to double check. Cash only hotel.

Well, my holidays were too short ;)

The hotel has been renovated, is in a great location, restaurant available. Breakfast was good. Room just big enough, bed comfortable.

Our room was right below the restaurant, where after the restaurant closed they started moving furniture, pulling chairs and tables (probably for breakfast?), it was a terrible noise, it was impossible to sleep. Our room was at the end of the hallway, where the staff quarters were at the other end, where they kept banging the door. If anyone went in/out, a huge bang. Two dead birds on the window in the hallway:-(

Location is great, nice view in morning of Krkonoše mountain, they had ping pong table, football game table. Breakfast was rich. Showers were new and clean.

There were no pillows or blankets, but we asked for them and we got them without problem. You sleep with more people in the room, but the reception girl was nice she gave us q room only for us. ( this info is at the check out , on booking.com.

Welcoming and friendly people. The room was clean. The view was astonishing. Very nice atmosphere. I recommend.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t go outside in the late evening. The door was closed.

Everyone was very nice, locations was perfect, food was good, restaurant available till night for drinks, rooms clean, staff was very, very friendly. I liked this place a lot :)

Excellent location with close access to a number of mountain trails, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable and clean accommodation.

View from the room was great, bathroom modern. Food in restaurant good. Great for walkers.

It’s a long way to the hotel from the car park. We wouldn’t have booked had we known how difficult the access is. Buses from car park stop at 5 pm. We rang the hotel and they sent a driver which we had to pay for. Man at reception not welcoming, made us feel like a nuisance. Had to leave early the next day at their convenience also. Beds very hard, no curtains or blinds at the window. Cash only.
