The hotel is in a very good location, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.It is well maintained with a beautiful garden and secure parking inits yard!!!! The neighborhood is quiet, with beautiful houses!!The breakfast is also very good!! Virginia,at the reception is excellent!!!! I highly recommend it!!!

The pastries for Sunday breakfast were not the most festive

hotel in a quiet part of the city just a few steps from the Smetana Gardens and the city centre. The staff was helpful and gave us useful advice and tips. We definitely recommend it and we will definitely stay here again next time.

The fridge was a bit loud at times which I personally did not mind that much but some might.

The staff packed breakfast for me as I had to leave before the breakfast was generally served, which was great. The room was cozy and had everything I needed (at the very least for my time of stay).

The property had recently installed car charging points but no cables. Only one of the foour concierges knew how to use it, and unfortunately the connection was wrong for our car. As we weren't expecting the option at all (and our car is a hybrid and not all-electric), this was no great distress, but for the future the property should state the type of cable available/required.

Good room, easily accessible by lift. Breakfast fine, nothing exceptional but met all standard expectations. The hot part really was hot and not tepid! All of the concierges spoke English at some level, one of them very well. The car park was perfect. Lafayette is very convenient for the old city, which is beautiful. Olomouc has an ezcellent brewery restaurant.

Great and comfortable accomodation for its cost, pleasant stuff willing to help with any problems, queit place not far away from the city centre, lots of parking space, comfortable beds.

The staff at the accommodation were exceptionally helpful and accommodating in every way. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, providing an excellent start to the day. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and had a pleasant atmosphere. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space available in the large courtyard. Although the heating had not yet been turned on as it was only early October, the staff promptly provided extra blankets to ensure our comfort.

Clean comfortable hotel in a quiet residential area. Only a pleasant 15 minute walk through a park to the centre of town. Spacious room with good shower and bed. Excellent English speaking staff on 24 hour reception. Included breakfast was OK

Place is quite small, but cozy. What i liked the best, it's near city center - only 15 minutes to the old town. My cell phone almost died, and we managed to find the way back home on our own, without using phone. And it was our first visit in the city :) Staff was very polite and helpful. Also they have good parking, gates are locked during night time, so your car and valuable items are safe. Just be careful when driving in the parking lot in the dark, i managed to miss one small stone wall when driving in reverse, but no real damage was done, just a scratch for the under-car.

Historical place sporting high ceiling rooms, themed on the American revolution. Large private parking in a location close enough to the city to explore on foot. Good breakfast.
