The fact that by 4:00 PM there is no one to talk to .You have a number to call and in my case Peter was very resposive, but basically you are on your own .There is no lobby or a place to be outside your room beside the garden , but if it is called you cant stay there . Also, there iOS no kettle in teh room to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hour. However when I asked for one I got it.

Peter who was responsible this week was just excellent . I liked the location the fact that it is away from the tourists traps, the breakfast and the atmosphere .

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My bed was king size and so comfy. Best pillows i have ever had. Location was great - only 5 minute walk to a tram stop that takes you everywhere. The castle is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

It is an older house and the decoration somewhat felt cheap and kitschy. Otherwise it was ok.

Quick to get to the city centre on foot or by tram, but also very quiet at night -I loved the beds! Never had a better sleep in a hotel. Great mattress and a selection of pillows, that I'm tempted to ask for where they buy them

A simple side table or shelf in the bathroom would've been handy for keeping personal items, make up etc handy since there is space available. We initially were unsure where the front door of the hotel was. Signage or written directions could be helpful. We did appreciate the security of the hotel after figuring this part out.

Loreta location was perfect for us. It was a quiet street near the castle and the beauty of Castle Hill. We appreciated our hosts' helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts in the dining room. The room was very charming with the painted ceiling and furnishings. An in room safe and refrigerator was a plus. The heated towel bar in the bathroom was also a nice touch.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect . There are ten private Rooms within a courtyard which was an old monastery. Staff are always helpful, kind. There is always fresh water and goodies available for clients after the reception closes in the hallway. The hotel is located close to the castle. There are buses and tram stops very near if you don’t like walking up the cobbled streets of Prague. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything. If felt like home and it had everything you needed.

Beds were very clean, but they are too soft. After our visit we all have back pain

Reasonable price compared to other places in Prague 1. All facilities were very clean. Breakfast was nice with many options provided. Pastries offered in the evening were a nice detail. The old-style decoration makes a nice historical atmosphere. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. I never saw such helpful staff in Prague, they really deserve a good bonus!

The walk back up the streets to the hotel is a steep climb but very rewarding when you reach the top and interesting shops/boutiques and refreshments along the way.

Warm welcome, cosy, good location, great breakfast. Cute and quiet, solo ensuite room with private entrance facing the garden, warm and clean. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Great location for visiting Christmas markets and other points of interest.

A very small thing. The automatic light sensors don’t always turn on when leaving some of the rooms where there’s a steep step in front of the door. We were fine but I was nervous about missing the step!

Loved it. It’s a historic property and so is quite special. The location is fabulous, only a 15-min walk to Lesser Town. We stayed on the other side of the river the first few days, so the combination of locations was good. Breakfast is tasty and feels more like a large B&B than a hotel, which we liked. It was -2 degrees when we stayed and I expected an old hotel like this to be cold at night. But in the end we were very warm.

In my room no self standing shower head

Lovely and very czech,very quiet,in a nice neighbourhood close to the castle Lovely painted ceiling, big size rooms, three kinds of pillows. Varied and copious breakfast. You can feel the care for the property. Easy to get from/to airport by car
