Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location for Bohemian Paradise, Mnichovo Hradiste etc. Good wellness and leisure facilities and excellent friendly staff. The Skala restaurant was amazing atmosphere and top quality food including excellent choice for all tastes on the menu. It was really nice of the reception staff to allow us a late checkout on the day if departure - thank you 🙏

United StatesThough I liked the breakfast - it is missing vegetarian dishes - for example mushrooms are with meat or bacon though there were enough sausages and bacon around - if I was vegetarian I think it would disappoint me. There was a great choice of chees and diary yet as as warm dish - only eggs were available. The other point is missing A/C in the rooms. Perhaps such hot summer is seldom case yet it's a bit strange not to have A/C these days.
We came for a military airsoft game and the hotel served us perfectly. The location is good. The breakfast is perfect. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I liked the room size - we were 3 in the room and had a lot of space.

The restaurant is excellent - lots of atmosphere, good food and good service. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Lots of parking close to rooms. The hotel is presented to a very high standard.
