Everything was great. But to get the key I had to call the property, because no one was there and I didn't get any instructions via booking.

The apartment is located very centrally, everything is in close vicinity. The apartment is pretty big, with a spacious terrace with a nice view. We left the car on a paid parking space right in front of the building. There is a microwave and a tea kettle, tea and instant coffee, but you won't be able to cook here.

There is no AC but the building is very old (and very nicely reconstructed) and the thick walls keep it from getting hot.

Maybe it's a bit gloomy inside, because only the walls of the nearby buildings can be seen through the windows.

The check in was not easy... Usually if it's self check in you should have all the info before the day of arrival. We had to call the reception at 9pm to get to our room. We didn't get too much information about free parking..

The decoration is absolute basic at minimum cost. In old building more atmosphere could be created by arranging the interior in bit more nicer way. But maybe it was compromise with attractive price.

we like the location, free parking and convenience with checking in and out. We find it ideal for our short stop, but it can work for a longer stay. nice view from the balcony. :)

No elevator so it could be a problem for people with disabilities. Somewhat impractical layout of the room/s. At least one window screen would be nice.

The girl in the reception spoke 0 English. I did not even get to know how to perform the payment, as she just gestured me to go away and I was left confused. The money was finally drawn from my card about a week after the stay.

I would have given 10 points if not the terrible communication with the reception desk. they only responded on the 1st day. then they did not answer phone calls, SMS or messages via booking. i asked to extend my stay and asked for the price - no info. I asked for the laundry service - no info. I asked how I can pay - no info. I asked for check out time. -no info. asked where to store my luggage after check out -no info. The reception room is permanently closed and no one is there. I had to basically beg them to pay. the worst thing is that the receptionist did not speak any language other than Czech. not even english or german. I’m sorry for this bad experience as in general I loved this place.

I really loved this place. is really peaceful, but located in the center close to all tourist attractions. view from the balcony is so beautiful, room big and clean. I liked the bathroom with a bath. wifi works well. in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and you can go to Lednice and Valtice palaces. walking distance to Milulov castle and perfect spot to start your hiking in the area. unfortunately there is no breakfast offered but just around the corner there is a great restaurant Korek where they serve amazing breakfast buffet.

As for me, I found it very inconvenient not having a bigger kitchen corner with a sink - had to wash my dishes in the bathroom. Also the shower gel container was empty.. and there was no fan for hair (although asked at the reception for it and it was delivered immediately to my room). No sachets of tea or coffee in the room.

Location, interior, balcony with a nice view, very quiet and very helpful lady at the reception.

There is no staff on the property. There was no check in information provided either. The staff doesnt respond to either whatsapp messages or messages on booking.com.

We stayed for one night, and everything was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very convenient. There’s a city parking lot right next to the hotel, which is free at night, but you need to pay starting from 7 a.m. Would highly recommend for a stay!

This is a basic motel room. I am very unsatisfied with communication with the host. The lights in our room were flushing all the time, so we had to turn them off and sit in the dark. I've sent a note to the host with the video, asking to address, he did not even respond to us. Overall very poor experience.
