The kids playroom is too little, but if the weather is nice then you have more to do outside.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the curtains blocked almost all the light in the morning, therefore we were able to sleep well.

The spa had only 1 whirlpool and 2 saunas. The 1 and only shower is placed outdoors. I hope that after the current reconstruction the spa, pool, and fitness will have enough place for guests. And maybe some private spa rooms to book 😅 (date: mid-May.2025)

The hotel is located in the forest, surrounded by ski&bike parks. The gorgeous nature of Šumava. Rich breakfasts, part of which is prepared on-site. The grocery stores are in the village nearby (approx. 5 min by car and 30 min by walk), or you can have dinner at the hotel for an extra charge.

The beds were too soft for us. Also, the outdoor wellness wasn't what we expected - the sauna wasn't hot enough.

We liked the friendly staff in the dining room and at the main reception. The breakfast and dinner were also good - a nice of choice of food and high quality. The view from our room was stunning!

The pool and wirral pool needs a refreshment. The mattress were not so comfortable for us but it could be an individually for everyone.

It was all you need for family stay. Very happy with our stay and would like to come back again :) The stuff was very nice. The kids playroom was very well though. Having lamas around was also a great for kids. Thanks!

The hotel is located in a beautiful region. Despite the fact that it was full of tourists, everything was very calm, organized and silent. We could rest very well without being disturbed. The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

Fee for dog with 20€ per night is excessive. Pillows are too high/uncomfortable.

It was a great place to stay, it's a bit colder so pack your jacket. Spa was relatively full but may be due to school holidays Extremely friendly staff, it would be better if they reduce frequently of checking tables when to remove plates, while having breakfast. Breakfast and dinner area not so cosy and looks like university canteen. Not so much choices for dinner in the restaurant but everything they had tasted really good. Overall positive impression.

Our room was renovated and very comfortable and good value, but had no real view in the back and was subject to service/garbage pick up noise outside early in the morning. Go for a view room if you can get one.

Great bike parking and easy room access. Comfy room, friendly staff and great food at dinner and breakfast buffets, especially after long cycle tour days.
