Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to main square. Good breakfast.

Lack of elevator, the spiral staircase made it difficult to carry heavy luggage to the accomodation are. Reserved parking was very tight for larger cars.

The owner was just great. Also the location was very good. Just on the entrance to old town. Rooms enough big and clean. If you are in Telč stay here.

Kind of expect a hotel to be open when you arrive and not have to call and wait for someone to arrive to let you in. The wi-fi never worked even after they told me they'd rebooted the router which was "overloaded". The double bed was two single beds pushed together which wasn't ideal. They never opened the bar even though they had one.

The hotel is not really a hotel, more like a b&b. We had to telephone someone on arrival to let us in, the reception was closed during the day. The wifi was very bad and we lost Internet connection all the time. The hotel is right above a VERY busy road and the constant sound of tractors, lorries, motorbikes, ambulances and cars was exhausting, it went well into the night and started again in early morning hours. I would not stay in this hotel again because of the constant noise. Our room windows were over a gelato parlour so more noise coming from crying and screaming kids.

Very kind stuff, good breakfast, clean room, perfect location and parking.

Rooms especially carpets needs renovation because they are used and a little bit stinky. But it's very clean.

We have unfortunatelly arrived past the time for the check-in. They have sent us their mobile number to contact them when we arrived. They came back to the hotel, opened the reception for us, offered us a parking space in the inner yard of the hotel and explained us everything we needed to know. Rooms were spacious enough, they had a refrigerator and comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is located just a short walk from the old city centre.

Good location (within 5 minutes walking to major scenic spots) and delicious breakfast.

Due to limited parking place available in the hotel, we need to find street parking space during our stay. Our room is next to a busy road. There is no air-conditioner and electric fan. As such, we could not sleep well. Furthermore, the facilities within the room are poorly maintained.

A bit noisy in the room facing the main street. If you can not accept a noise, better to ask another room. For me it was ok.
