I really liked staying here. I would stay again for a short stay. The room is modern and clean. The location is good. It is on the park and close to the train station. The breakfast is very good, with good variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in with the automated system in advance was easy,as,was check out.

1. The room I had faced out to the park and is above a traditional Czech restaurant that has an outdoor part. In the summer, it is open until 22.00 and there was noise from people talking and enjoying themselves. 2. I could never get the air conditioning to cool my room sufficiently even after asking the staff about the settings, 3. The room has plush carpeting, but it was rainy while I was there and the carpet easily traps mud and dirt.

Its location was ideal for sightseeing around the loc area. The staff were excellent too. All our emails pre visit were answered quickly and clearly. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

The parking is a short walk away but that js the only fault I could find

No recuperation. Fresh air only through window.

Very new building. Clean facilities, spotless bedding and bathroom. Great location, many restaurants nearby but please consider booking.

2 things. Single beds in some rooms which isnt the most comfortable for adults. Access to hotel for the first time is tricky as you'd need a room card which you don't have prior to check in. Access code didn't work. Staff on reception didn't realise we were waiting outside and trying to get their attention. It's small detail.

Neat & clean. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Room for breakfast is at 2nd floor. My room was also on 2nd floor. It was very noisy during the breakfast time especially at 7:00 AM. My booking included a bottle of Champagne which I didn’t get. It was there in the fridge with price card so I was not sure if I should take it.

Nice communication, nice people. Air conditioner Big television. Many gastro in the near.

Since I had to work in the night shift, and I had to sleep late till afternoon, cleaning was not possible in the morning, and later I haven't found a cleaning. But for a week it was still very Ok.
