The staff were very accommodating.. They even accommodated to our bad time management and welcomed us for dinner later than usual which we really appreciate. I don’t know who the cat belongs to but it was the perfect welcome (for me personally)

The room service seemed a bit bizarre. The room was dusty, the dust was under the curtains and on the surface of the bed cupboards. The room was booked for two people but there was only one big towel.

The location is perfect but only if you have a car. There is a big parking lot in front of the Inn but choose wisely under which tree you park your car, otherwise next day you'll find tons of dropped cherries on its roof and windows. The room had enough space. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

It's not i didn't like,it's just that on the site booking it's says 2.7 km from the centre, but it's actually around 10km

Everything was very good,the staff are amazing, very pleasant 😊 The massage girl it was so professional. Recommended to go for massage when you are here

The double bed was tilted and uncomfortable. Any minaral water wasn't free but 60 czk for one.

Friendly staff. Private spa (jacuzzi and sauna) was good, 40 eur / hour, though the view from there wasn't good...lots of garbages around.

Far from the city center. there were no slippers and robe. inconvenient location of the shower in the bathroom - it floods the window and shelf

Quiet location, free parking with a lot of space. Easy access to city center by taxi, uber, bus. The hotel is very nice, clear and well equipped. Comfy beds. Staff very pleasant. Great lobby bar. Very nice breakfast.

Room felt a little too warm at times and I couldn't control the temperature well.

Room was quite spacious, and clean with good natural light. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Also the cocktails at the bar were good. The location is a bit outside of Karlovy Vary, but I preferred that as it was really quiet and peaceful nearby. Also there is a bus connection to the city center, so even without a car, the place is quite accessible.

Great location if you travel with a car. Room was exceptionally comfortable and big (we ordered the big one with terrace and view towards woods). Breakfast was perfect, many variations.

There is not enough light in the room - ceiling light is only in the hall, main room is lighten by the table lamps, which need to be switched off of you want to use a socket near the bed.

Big comfortable rooms, good place to stay to see something outside of Karlovy Vary, e.g. for Klinovec ski trip - location is easily accessible from the highway, big and free private parking. Very good breakfast. Nice private spa (hot tub, spa) with reasonable prices.

Breakfast was really limited - more effort and imagination needed. Pillows were cheap and tired out and there was a hole worn in the sheets.

Spacious, clean modern room, with comfortable mattresses. Quiet location, not too far from the centre.

Cleaning ladies were very laud in the hall, also the hotel is under the reconstruction now and you’ll hear it ) pay attention, that spa is for additional price and you need to make a reservation in advance. The breakfast was not good enough for 4 stars hotel. Far away from the center, if you haven’t a car or like to use public transport.

We stayed at the Carlsbad Inn for a weekend, and the experience was great. The service was excellent, and we were able to enjoy some of the hotel's conveniences, such as renting a nearby tennis court and using the on-site car charging station. It turned out to be very convenient, and the hotel met all our expectations. We had a very pleasant stay.

We were happy with everything. Breakfast was very nice, many choices available and if anything run out it was immediately replenished. Room was clean, staff nice. We also liked location where the hotel is situated (quiet place but with bus availability or nice walk to city center).

Hm nothing in particular to complain. Maybe more variety of fruits and müsli for vegetarians in the breakfast buffet.

The private sauna and the massages were fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful. But the spa was the highlight. Very clean water in the Jacuzzi, private sauna und steam bath was splendid!

Room was quite simple, had a very old feeling. One can hear everything in this hotel, practically no rest for the most part of the night. We didn’t use spa but it was paid.

Good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was not bad - simple, but had everything one would need. Free parking, room was spacious.
