The room was very small, I cannot imagine three people there.

Very nice place, house in a beautiful garden with lots of outdoor facilities (kids playground, ping pong, fireplace/grill, tables to sit and enjoy the garden and sun.... Would be good for family holidays, with kids. Kitchen was fully equipped. the owner was very nice, kind and helpful. The room was quite small but clean.

Light insulation could be better, so if you come during the summer months, either use blindfolds like we did, or plan to begin your days very early in the morning.

The host was super nice and helpful. The kids loved the yard with the small pool, ping pong table, trampoline, and swings. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and spacious enough for a family of five. Air conditioning did a good job on hot days. Before checking in we were worried about noise from the adjacant road, but eventually we hardly noticed it during our stay. The location is good for day trips in the northern Czech republic, and for self caterers there is a selection of supermarkets and shops within walking distance.

The room was spacious and clean, the common spaces were very nice and well equipped, the location is conveniently close to train station and supermarkets and very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful terrasse and garden. Martina and her husband were super kind and helpful. Totally recommended, also for the great quality/price ratio.

We all slept good enough, but matrasses for the beds could be better.

Very friendly host, fully equipped kitchen, nice area outside with some activities to spend in the evening with kids - table tennis, table football, small pool, places to eat outside and relax.

Considering the price the value is higher than expected, so there are no drawbacks to complain :)

Very friendly and helpful hostess, large kitchen area with all possible kitchen appliances, stove, refrigerators, dishwasher. Separate lounge room for reading or a casual chat, big parking place, comfortable temperature in the room, good Wi-Fi. Kaufland nearby is big, good, and handy. Only 20min drive from Spindleruv Mlyn ski resort.
