How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Some minor things: headroom above the bathtub was lacking and a stove in the room took ages to boil the water. Just go around and pre-boil water in the kettle if you need to cook something.
Apartment on the top floor was spacious enough with an added bonus of rooftop balcony which was very pleasant. Location is not central (but Prostejov is fairly small so central square is within walking distance) but very quiet. Breakfast was ok, although food on offer wasn't very varied.

We stayed for overnight rest during our trip from Italy to Lithuania. Clean, comfortable and cozy B&B with good breakfast. Everything was very good.

Very cosy, well-maintained pension, with lovely and caring hospitality. Breakfast is nice and personalized as you wish. Great location as well! We will be definitely a usual guest here.

Not finding any staff at 16.00 h when a reception is announced was a bit stressful while the helping app and the messages about it has come in the very last moment - they must be sent at least 3 days in advance - when I am in a tight travel schedule flying and driving all day long I have no time to check the mail too. If you go modern and last minute - then Viber and What's-Up are better communication option to contact guests.
Location is a bit aside from the center but very convenient for car travelers. My single room was perfect though not that big - everything was thought-of and provided, bеd, bedding and linen are excellent, all around-the-bed facilities - even the smallest ones - were installed like in the 4-5 star. Electric kettle with coffee and selection of teas as well as a refrigerator are available 24/7 for common use, breakfast is very good. The parking is just fine, the community is peaceful and quiet.

Only one out of 4 rooftop windows had a handle and could be opened, we were lucky it wasn't too warm during our stay. I can imagine that in hot summer nights the apartment could get very warm with little chance to cool down without proper ventilation. Also only one rooftop window had shades. No air conditioning. Pillows could be replaced soon too

We arrived right after the heavy rain, so balcony was flooded. When we left the next morning, the balcony was still flooded.
Good quality-price ratio. We came late so non-contact check-in was very convenient. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Overally good spot for one night stay.

Nice, quiet place. Everything is quite simple, but all you need - parking in a private yard, city center 15 min. walking distance, decent breakfast.

The shower was quite small and there was no curtain or glass, so when you weren’t careful, the water went everywhere.
The rooms are renovated, clean and have everything you need for a weekend stay. The breakfast is included and you also have a choice of freshly made hot breakfast (sausages, scrambled eggs or ham&eggs). Overall a very nice stay in this B&B.

The room was small with single bed. No A/C!!! I could use few more towel sets and some shampoos and bathing soap. Overall it’s ok for one or two nights.
Located close to center, private parking is available. Staff is very accommodating.

the description says 2 bedrooms but actually there is only one separated bedroom , the other "room" is part of the living area with no door or wall , shall be at least a sliding door to cover someone during private time or sleep time roof windows are in pretty bad shape a trashcan would be nice:)
