The place is ok for what it is we used it for one sleep over so everything was not bad you can use it .

I didn't like that the waitress from the restaurant took the pictures off our id 🪪 because we arived a little bit late so no one from a hotel was available

I did not like anything. However one young member of staff in the restaurant spoke good English and help resolve the issues mentioned below. Without her the review would have been worse.

This was the worst accommodation of our trip. I originally booked two rooms but they were far apart in seperate areas of the complex. My daughter's room was small, dark and unpleasant. As she is still a child I need our rooms to be closer. Of concern was that on arrival the host told me to go to the restaurant who tried to charge extra money, when I asked what the charge was I was told it was for breakfast. I wasn't asked if I wanted this and I had a job telling them I did not want breakfast. The restaurant also told me there were no rooms closer together and an older woman in the restaurant was unpleasant when I asked for one room to be refunded. They called the host who offered me rooms closer together (apparently they did have rooms closer together after all). I said the rooms were too dark and would only take the one room for our stay and the host did reluctantly give a cash refund. Hosts need to get real with the fact that guests expect a basic standard of accommodation and in this case I would urge the host to update the accommodation somewhat.

Staff were wonderful and accommodating in regards of our late arrival. Spacious family apartment was very welcome for our 2 primary children and a crawling baby! Lovely mini farm right at the complex Couple of nice shops and a cafe

The beds were one of the worse we slept on. Very squeaky and there was ditch in mine, which was absolutely awful. My partner has a bad back and it was very difficult for him. For the price we expected at least a bag of tea/coffee and sugar. There was nothing. The kitchen was poorly equipped Bathroom was quite old

Interesting place with a small zoo on site.

If you want to rest at night, you definitely don't need to go here. Unfortunately, the audibility with the neighbouring rooms is such that I could hear a person in the next room turning over in the bed. It feels like the walls are not even made of cardboard, but of paper.

the food was excellent and waiter service was great

the restaurant was closing at 21:00 on the New Year Eve 31.12 while the restaurant room was full so a lot of guests where staying for the whole night. We were reminded that the restaurant will be closing at 21:00. I didn't like it

Nice location lovely size room extremely clean

Beds were very hard, shower was hot but poor spray strength Staff seemed put out by us visiting and couldnt seem to wait for us to go they were clearing plates away as soon as a knife and fork was put down Whatever we asked for on menu they had sold out but family who ordered after us got what we wanted

Nice property. Room was reasonable bit could use air conditioning or at least a fan

The breakfast ended to soon and by the time we made it to the restaurant there wasn't much available. What we really only wanted was a nice cup of coffee. We were told it only comes with the breakfast. The full breakfast wasn't available anymore and they were going to charge us for full breakfast . Just for the 2 coffees. The morning staff wasn't very friendly, so we left without coffee or food

Really nice place to stay and have rest

Location and outdoor facilities, my daughter love the animals on site and feed them everyday. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to blond Lady she work Saturday evening in restaurant.

Don't know where to start. Stayed in room n.8 We have roof window and this no have blind bizarre? Room don't have wardrobe very strange, plug missing for sink, there is mess under bed and last thing to mentioned when we arrived two ladies from Ukraine in restaurant trying tell me i need pay more money? And is end up to be price for breakfast and this is optional. Is my second stay and is last.
