Location was good and breakfast as well.

Very misleading apartment description. We booked apartment with garden view. It was listed that there was a bedroom with 1 large double bed. In reality there was a small loft with mattress on the floor in the wooden frame, low ceiling and very steep stairs. I hit my head against the ceiling during night and almost fell down the stairs. It would be so easy to install a night light that works with a sensor.

Amazing breakfast, Gorgeous house and garden. Bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect, right on the central square of the small town of Telc. It seems parking right in front would have been possible for non-residents. We found this out later.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a Renaissance house in the main square of Telč, a UNESCO heritage zone. You step out of the hotel and you feel in the 16th century – and also when you stay in the hotel, except for the modern comfort. The breakfast is plenty and wonderful, the managers kind and helpful. I would return at any time.

Very nice place. Fast Check-In, possibiltiy to store a bike inside, very clean room, comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast with possibility to eat in the garden. Very nice and personally contact. Thanks for the good tips for my bike road trip. Close to everything within Telc. possibility to buy wine in the house.

Amazing location with views directly over the old square, spacious, kitchen, breakfast, lovely decor in keeping with the 500 year old building. Parking available nearby for a small cost. Lovely garden out the back. Friendly host.

Only stayed one night. Nice garden and breakfast was good. Glasses are provided too. Our spacious room, ground floor, looking out on the garden was very quiet. At the entrance there is a wine fridge, and you can buy (self service) a bottle of chilled local wine and choose from a variety of grapes.

This is not the only place where this happened (so maybe it's more Booking's fault than anybody else's.): while travelling through Czechia I used the Booking app to find the next place to stay. I select "parking" and "free parking" (using the filter), then pick a place that meets both requirements. But arriving at the place I discovered there is no parking (only for local residents) and I had to park in a paid public parking lot 10 mins walking from the place. Parking was inexpensive (EUR 3,50 or so for a whole day) but with an incomprehensible ticket machine (only Czech language, a friendly Czech lady helped us though).

Breakfast is not much choice and some are not very fresh, there is no parking of the hotel and reception is closed for morning and afternoon , room is small and simple, prices is too high with the condition

The location is perfect - right in the center of town. The pension is clean and bright and has charming decor. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. There are lovely extras - wine for purchase, and a garden to relax in.
