    Communication & Service: * The initial communication was very difficult, with phone numbers that didn't work and emails that went unanswered. When we finally reached someone, they were unhelpful and seemed bothered by our questions. * The staff was indifferent and inattentive throughout our stay. There was no reception, check-in was disorganized, and staff didn't check on the breakfast buffet or ask if everything was alright at check-out. * There was a strange dynamic with the waitress, who seemed to enjoy contradicting guests rather than assisting them. The Room: * Our room for five people was not well-equipped; a bed was broken, a lamp didn't work, and there were not enough chairs for the table. The travel cot was not properly set up. * The room was not cleaned during our stay, and there were no tools to tidy up ourselves, so the floor quickly became dirty with dust and hair. Cleanliness & Maintenance: * A strong, greasy odor from the kitchen was a huge problem, as it filled the hallways and seeped into our room. * The beautiful breakfast room was cluttered with extra furniture and was never cleaned during our stay. We had to sit at a table covered in old crumbs and mess from other guests. * The bin for used dishes and waste was left overflowing and unemptied, creating a very unhygienic and unpleasant sight and smell.

    The pension is in a beautiful, historical building, and our room had a nice, clean, and modern bathroom.
