The flat was big at a great price. It is in the center of Susice. It was quite and equiped inside wothall necessary things to stay. The owner was very friendly.

We missed the service. The apartmant was very cold, the heating system is managed centrally and was off during our arrival. We had to ask to switch it on. Nevertheless it was not enough to heat up the complete apartment during the night. The flat was not clean and all five bed linen were smelling after someone (not exchanged) Fortunately there were clean ones available in the closet.

The property was spacious and comfortable. There was a fireplace ready to be ignited on arrival and overall the stay was very pleasant.

The headline description of ‘Fabulous’ is we felt an exaggeration. Whilst we don’t expect hosts to speak English it would be good if when we picked up the key they showed the courtesy of actually giving the impression of wanting your custom. Free parking is stretching a point, fortunately we stayed over a Saturday/Sunday so parking was free, but if you are there during the week you will have to pay the going public rate for so many hours parking outside. The apartment is interesting and certainly not at all what we expected. We were left to go to the accommodation on our own and we were at first convinced that we were in someone else’s house. For an apartment it is huge with rooms big and small in abundance. There are dozens of pictures on the walls together with pot plants, magazines Gramophone records, ornamental china/ glass displays etc, etc, In fact Knick- knacks abound all of course gathering dust. It must be a nightmare keeping the place as clean as it was. Interestingly the missing shower curtain mentioned in a review in March still has not been replaced in September, this perhaps tells you something about the place It is extremely well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need (and an awful lot of what you don’t). Do be careful when you leave; it would be easy not to see things you may leave behind because of so much other stuff. All in all far too ‘busy’ for us and no, we probably would not want to stay again. We were disappointed that we had not looked more carefully at the lower score reviews, this would probably have given a more balanced picture. It does have a lot of plus points but perhaps needs a bit of a rethink

Curtains that don’t close Toilet door that does not cover the opening Noise from downstairs Heating - it’s there (I think) but does it work and how? On the night we stayed it was a much cooler night and we were cold. Shower curtain missing
