Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere are no entartaiments apart from one Friday during 2 weeks time. Nothing to do in the evening apart from sitting in the bar. Very dark and sleepy to go for a walk in the evening during winter time. Also no bottles of water in the room apart 1 at the arrival. Last year it was possible to order different mineral water in the room minibar. And was very handy cause doctor prescribed to drink lots of water after treatments.
I stayed in this hotel for the second time. The most important are the treatments that provide by Radium Palace. All of them are amazing! Doctors and nurses are very friendly and experienced! I booked full board and really enjoyed the food 👍 Staff in the dining room are working excellent 👌 At the reception are also friendly and helpful staff . Due to hard working people my treatments and staying at the hotel was marvellous.

GermanyI was disappointed with one lady in the radon baths section, who gave me a rather cold shoulder.
A true gem in a perfect location imbued with fascinating history. Add to it the wellness/rehab amenities and you've just arrived at a recipe for a great stay in this charming spa town. The spectrum of treatments on offer is wide but remember to book them well in advance as quite a few people are keen on taking advantage of them. Breakfast, in the form of a buffet, is rich and most people will find something to their own liking. Staff is helpful and friendly.

United KingdomAt the restaurant, it is better to organise special service for disabled guests. It's not really comfortable to use the buffet when disabled people are in the same queue.
Very beautiful building, clean with lots of space. Staff friendly and ready to help anytime. Nice and comfortable room with everything you need for a long stay. I had medical treatments for 2 weeks and can't complain with anything.

GermanyStaff weren’t friendly and lack of room cleaning . Example : used wine glasses wasn’t washed for 4 days, towels weren’t changed and the breakfast ends at 9:30 am where staff literally ask you to move out . Accessibility to hotel is difficult sometimes you have to walk around the hill to reach the entrance as back entrance that’s nearest to parking is closed all times.
Place all facilities like pool, sauna, steam Bath and big restaurants. Breakfast is good

NetherlandsThe hotel is simply outdated. Junior Suite is okay'ish. Single room is a tiny box. Location / views - don't be fooled by the photos of the property. Parking - it's like the changing room is on the other side of the world.

GermanyThe room wasn't very comfortable and had an old flair. Even the blinds weren't closing properly. The staff speaks good German but wasn't particularly friendly. Overall thought it was expensive for what we got especially mid week outside of the main winter season.
