There was some caos during breakfast on our first morning, basic things like cheese was finished, and had to be asked for. The second morning was quite different and the waiter kept checking that nothing was missing. Food at the restaurant could be better but it was ok.

We had a room with balcony, the room it self is not very big but enough for 2 people. I liked that they had put chocolate in our room and that the restaurant remembered about my husband’s birthday and brought him a cake. We booked massage and that was good. Nice selection of coctails at the bar.

The cleaning one of the days was way below 5 star standard with sand still on the floor and barely folded sheets. Doors were left unlocked for a half day after cleaning service.

Front desk -receptionists cannot handle properly billing in timely manner . It’s been almost one month since our stay and we still do not have credit in our account .

This hotel was an incredible experience. It is located in a charming town, with a historic castle. The hotel itself has a workout room,pool, sauna, whirlpool and massage appointments available. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast is plentiful. The staff is so nice.

They try to squeeze every penny from you - they have a huge free parking with a lot of spaces but still recommended us to reserve paid spot before we arrive. They said - "there might not be free spaces", even though it was almost empty

I did not like the full parking place. It was difficult to find a free place to park outside. And the air-conditioning heating in the room is rather noisy.

The best part was the view from our room; the golf range was really beautiful. All staff were friendly, especially from the restaurant, as we don't eat pork, they're assisting us which one is safe for us to consume

I enjoyed the spa very much, especially in the morning as it was almost empty! The pool is a great size. The rooms were comfy, the food was excellent. I enjoyed spending a relaxing birthday at Hotel Diamant and thank the staff for their thoughtful gift!

Honestly, I book a massage 💆‍♀️ and didn’t like it. I don’t think the guy knew what he was doing. They need to send him to school again.

The silence, the sauna, the pool, all the spa was great. My room was clean and the view to the town was a dream.

Breakfast was delicious. There was big swimming pool and few saunas, I received a gift for my birthday which was a great experience. Location is close to the castle. Parking was for free. Room was great. I will come for next time.

Breakfast on Sunday morning… the breakfast was supposed to be till 10am and when I came at 9:10!! am almost everything was finished… trays were empty and they did not bring anything more except for a couple of eggs and only because some guests complained. At 9:30 the waiters were already cleaning up and it felt like We should just leave .. if breakfast is served till 10am I expect the same selection as at 8:00 am … the hotel and staff is very nice but breakfast was huge disappointment

Checking in and out weren't very quick, but it wasn't a big problem for us. If you're in a hurry, make sure to allot around ten minutes for the processes.

The staff were pleasant, the room was comfortable, and the wellness facility was sufficient. The sauna area had a great variety, and the pool area was big enough for the guests to have a place to relax. Small details in the room to make the stay comfortable were also at our disposal like sufficient towels, a comfortable bed, bedroom slippers, and quality toiletries. The hotel is dog friendly, too, which was a big plus to us! Breakfast was great, and outdoor parking was free. We will definitely come back!
