The location is beautiful, the room was clean, the staff is very friendly. There's a pool and a nice garden, you can relax after hiking. It's an ideal place to discover the region.

There is no elevator, so there is need to drag the luggage over a narrow staircase. The staff helped with the luggage at check-in, but still the narrow staircase is a minus. There was a bleach smell during check in, but the toilets were not clean enough.

The room was very big with beautiful views. Breakfast was very good.

At dinner, meat was somewhat undercooked. However, the next day the breakfast was much better so that made it up for it.

This was a great stay, our room was very clean and reasonably well equipped. You get a brochure with all that you need well documented in the room, the owner clearly has a great eye for small details. Staff spoke Czech and German. They were polite and very helpful. There was someone on their first day of work, he did an excellent job with all our requests. Good breakfast. Good parking. Will definitely return.

When we arrived and asked for a coffee during check in, it was not free and coffee itself was so bad... There is no shampoo and soap in the room. It was so unxpected. We had to go to the city to buy it...

Very close (relatively) to central nature parks and attractions in this region Good staff. Good breakfast. Dinner is recommended for one time if take more than 1 night. Breakfast is great, especially possibility to make the sandwiches to go.

Nothing, it is great. Sneznik is a little off the beaten track, no restaurants near by, food at hotel is awesome.

Beautiful modern family run mini hotel, super friendly staff. Great hiking right out the back door, food is awesome. A 15 out of 10. I will plan to come back!!! Highly recommended.

I really can't find anything. Maybe the fact that they don't have shampoos, which we already read in the reviews, so we were prepped for it. But I think adding shampoo is something small that adds a lot of value.

I loved everything! The property photos misrepresent the actual apartments, house, location, and beauty. Everything was extremely clean, the matress was one of the best I've slept in, the people were really polite and accommodating, and the location was perfect for a hike and quiet to relax. The sauna in the building was spot-on and relaxing, and the breakfast was really tasty. I can't stress enough that we are definitely coming back!

It’s an amazing place to stay for weekend! We stayed in December, everywhere was snowy and white :) Stunning landscape! Very friendly, sweet staff and owner ! The property was well situated in the forest area, very clean and absolutely peaceful. The room was very big and everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Beds were big and very comfortable with great bedding. We ate at the property and it was simply great, we were very impressed with our stay. The staff was also lovely and helpful. We'd happily stay again.

There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The toilet went wrong, but when we informed the staff, they repaired it in an hour and after that everything was fine.
