I had a massage at the spa which was ok but the massage room could be cleaner. The massage bed was filled with dust. No towels, or robes were offered at the spa. They came to clean the room at 9 am on our second day and we told them to come back in half an hour but they never did and the room was not cleaned. Perhaps move the cleaning time a bit later as 9 am is super early especially for families.

Really enjoyed our stay at one of the apartments. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is right next to the lake and super calm. The hotel has many amenities as well as playgrounds for kids. They also rent boats, paddle boards etc. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was ok. Breakfast was just fine and nothing special. Definitely recommend this hotel and will go back

Some of the staff members’ behavior was not very appropriate. There was a female employee in the restaurant with red hair — in my opinion, her attitude was harsh and impolite. She didn’t smile at the customers and didn’t speak respectfully. As for the rest of the staff, they were fine.

The hotel offers a charming, peaceful, and beautiful view. The food is good, and the activities are varied. Clean and lovely.

When guests arrived in the apartment above us, we had a lot of walking around sounds, which actually in my eyes makes the price a little too high.

The breakfast was below average (especially for an additional price of 13 Euros per person), the selection of foods was really small and for example the breads weren't really fresh. The food at the restaurant average - not very special and sadly there was only a very limited selection on the daily menu and most of the stuff from the regular menu wasn't availabe (though it was already July).

The location at the lake is quite nice, the accomodation was quite OK, haven't used the spa area.

We booked a family room with a king size bed and bunk bed, but there were no pictures of the room on the website. So, we didn’t see that the king size bed is just two beds put together (two matrases), the room is very small and the „lake view” is a view to the building opposite the apartment. The second night it was super loud in the building because of other family kids. And in the morning they started mowing the grass, was very loud. It was impossible to use massage, everything was overbooked. We were lucky that we had a car, because if not - you have to eat either burgers for okay price in regata cafe or very overpriced food in another hotel restaurant. The wifi was also not working.

The breakfast was great. The nature around is amazing with great sunsets.

The sound isolation in the room is the worst. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear everyone passing by, as well as noise from the other room and from the outside with the balcony door closed. The mattress was not the best. The staff at the reception not too friendly when checked in.

The location is nice but you can’t walk too much around since there are private properties. Since we were there off season and only for 1 night not much to do. The breakfast was delicious as well as the food for dinner and at a good price. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was nice.

Matress way too hard for me. Use of the pool and spa costs extra. Other than the lake, there is nothing else to do nearby.

Nice hotel with a decent size pool and saunas. Great and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has almost everything you would need. Dinner was off the chain, like a michelin Star dinner. The hotel is right by the lake. There are only 3 things I didn't like too much.

It felt like they charge you extra for everything. Swimming pool not included in the price in a hotel that has Relax in the name? Very unappealing restaurant menu with some questionable combinations. I also had the worst White Russian cocktail of my life in the neighbouring bar. Staff doesn't speak English well. I'm glad we only stayed one night here, it was very dissapointing und underwhelming overall, definitely not coming back.

The room showed signs of some water damage on the ceilings but there was no bad smell or anything. The jacuzzi from the upper neighbors can be a bit loud. I really missed the coffe/tea from the room, even in "lower category" accomodations this is basically standard now. We had some issues at dinner with the service, though everyone was nice and helpful, we not always received what we ordered, or when we were sitting outside, we had to wait longer times until someone showed up.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place on the shore of the lake, a bit further away from the main roads, so it is indeed very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and we had a superb breakfast. We had the room with the whirlpool and the infra sauna - totally recommended.
