The blankets are a bit small. The bath stream is a little weak. You must use the room card for the elevator. Men and boys must wear a tight swimsuit for the Aquapark (they offer it for buying if you don't have one).

The rooms are big and super clean. Good breakfast. Good location for a star trip in the north. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Aquapark is great and clean, with a fun waterslide, pools, a jacuzzi and sauna. The extra pay for it was minimal. Very good restaurants nearby at the center of Jicin. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Excellent hotel in Jicin . Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. There is a wellness center on site and an adjacent water park. Good location, walking distance from the old city. We used the laundry services that the hotel provides, it was simple, good and fast. There is private parking at the hotel. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel has a restaurant with rich food and also a drinks bar.

This was the most expensive **** hotel we stayed in to date (fifth in the row), so our expectations were certainly the highest, it was disappointing to see we had to be solving non working air conditioning for half an hour (blown fuse). Also the room was a bit too small.

The room amenities were above standard. The view was magnificent (we got 10th floor room). Where this hotel did show us why it's so expensive was the breakfast - the single best breakfast we've ever had. State of the art food, home made, cakes backed fresh, even baked beans made different, at the time of writing this review I'd love to have some again.

Excellent location few minutes away from the historic area. Great base to explore the bohemian paradise. Very friendly and professional people. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner - delicious food and fun atmosphere. The room was great too - with lots of windows and lights, comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a massage at the wellness center. Free convenient parking! Highly recommended!

It is a family friendly hotel in a historical town surrounded by beautiful nature and landscape. The hotel has direct access to the pool and the spa. The restaurant has an amazing playroom.

A little out of the town centre and having to pay extra for fresh orange juice at breakfast.

Everything - room with lots of light thanks to big windows. Got upgraded to a suite which was excellent. Small sitting area, a desk, a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and a big room. Good restaurant on the ground floor making it easy to relax and saving you the trip to town for food.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better

We had a spacious room with a comfortable bed ,and everything you might need in a hotel room. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection, especially on a Sunday morning

We got a huge, clean and beautiful room. Toilet separate from the shower, there was both a shower and a bathtub. There were towels, a bathrobe, soaps for children and adults, all kinds of little things for the shower. Mini bar, coffee machine. good breakfast The restaurant was good and there is a big place where kids can play and it's really nice to sit there. Perfect place, thank you very much.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Jicin's town center. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. We got a very nice room on a high floor where we had nice views of the surrounding. The room was very clean and spacious.
