Breakfast could’ve been included in the price instead of 10€ pp extra

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with the basics. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient for visiting all landmarks. I traveled with my dog and the staff placed bowls, a dog bed and even a pack of treats in the room for him 🖤

We were 4 people and the sofa was a bit small for 2 people.

It was unbelievably clean. It looked like it is brand new. And the property was really at the city center. Excelent.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great. It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

Not a complaiment really, just a note - the pictures of the room are very well done and the rooms look slightly bigger than the reality.

Super easy online check-in, clean apartment, right in the center of Františkovy Lázně with parking availability (extra paid).

Communication with the hotel was perfectly fine until we had some problems. It would be better to offer solutions immediately and inform guests of possible problems in advance, especially when they ask about them themselves.

Fata Morgana museum is open for guests for free.

We booked a room for two adults and two children. Upon arrival late in the evening (which we informed the hosts about), only the bed was prepared. We had to make the sofa for the children ourselves, however the bedding was provided. The communication from the hotel is excessive. Questions via WhatsApp at 5:00 pm "how we are liking it", while we informed about our arrival after 11:00 pm in the same conversation few rows above, are irritating.

Elegant and well-equipped room, with attention to detail. Clean. Great communication with the hosts. Wonderful view from the window. Delicious breakfast with a buffet full of fresh and diverse products - everyone will find something for themselves.

No notable downsides re the hotel. The town was very quiet, even given that it was out of season. But still a great spot to recover from jet lag.

Beds should be cosier, not suitable for larger family. However, the room, although small, was fine.

The only wrinkle (and it is tiny) was the delay in responses to parking questions in the evening.

Wonderful location in this beautiful spa town. Suites were beautifully decorated and had everything you may need for your stay. Spotlessly clean and great staff. Rooftop terrace is a nice plus!

I paid in advance for a parking place, yet when I arrived I was told that it was given to someone else. I had to look for parking on the street and lost some time with that.
