There’s no car access near the hotel, the SatNav will guide you far from the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have a car park as advertised!

The standard twin sharing is very hot without an AC. A table fan was provided but was of no use. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We had troubled sleep. There were no charging points or side tables near the bed. Even the light switches were far away from the bed.

Staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in the centre closer to the promenade and thats a plus point. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine for the price paid.

Bath doesn’t have holder for shower head. it was very inconvenient to take shower. No A/C

it is located in the center of the city, close to everything. It is big enough room and bathroom. Amazing design of hallway-almost feel like in a museum. Nice stuff. Very friendly

Crack in washbasin. Tacky reproduction everything. everywhere. Sauna non functioning. Handheld shower is a no-no. No place to put a laptop, not enough power sockets

River view from the windows ; wellnes slippers, bathrobe in the room. Wellnes was very good. The cafe was very delicious. In the restaurant the foods were tasty. Perfect location.

Breakfast simply do not meet the standard of hotel, it’s not so bad but considering impression you are getting about hotel over evening and night you kind of expect better breakfast. From another side - hotel is rather small so I suppose it doesn’t make a sense to invest in breakfast too much. Probably combine breakfast with some other hotels - as they often do in Baden?

Excellent location, probably best in Karlove Vary, well-designed rooms with nice furniture and really clean and comfortable. Also one place where they actually try to speak English. Parking is far from hotel but available- that is also big advantage considering location

We were living in the attic room on the 5th floor, with a nice view on colonnade and the main street. However, internet did not cover our room, but the personnel allowed us to use internet while working in the restaraunt. So, the main issue is the coverage of internet of the 5th floor. But we really like everything elase and especially - breakfast and personnel.

There is only a problem with parking. It is very difficult to get to the hotel entrance. And the parking is a long way from the hotel.

We stayed one night with our granddaughter. The room is excellent and spacious. The staff is kind and tries to help. Personal jacuzzi and sauna upon request.

Very nice stylish hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary, in the walking distance to the Kolonada. Friendly personnel, nice location, clean and cosy.

Only very minor thing was a bit inconvenient for me - the shower head in the bathroom, nowhere to set it on the wall.

Very atmospheric beautiful hotel. Nicely fitting into general vibe of the city. We had a very comfortable spacious room with balcony and view on the colonnade. Thus, location is great, although not the closest to bus or train stations if you're taking those types of transport. Room is very well equipped and richly decorated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The entire staff were wonderful, the room was soooo spacious with an extra couch bed, the bathroom was a shower, sooooooo spacious, soooo clean, all right at the city centre, plus I bout a large plate of chicken and chips with mayonaise as dinner for 360czech crowns only, much better than outer restaurants and breakfast was buffet. They have all sorts of Spa service too

Hotel only has few parking spaces, so prepare to park in quite expensive parking of other hotel. We paid 24 eur for the one night stay. Our room had no air conditioner, not sure about other rooms. Breakfast also was quite poor.

Some members of the staff were not friendly, looking into phone when we were talking to them, not really paying attention etc, and also loud and noisy during breakfast. Pillows were very bad, we had neck pain all the time. and though it was clean, there was a stinky smell just near one side of the bed, maybe coming from a plant, though smelled more like a dog/cat. Wi-fi almost not existing. So, too many small drawbacks, which kinda made it not so pleasant there.

The location was very good, we liked the breakfast, the interior of the room was cozy, there was a small refrigerator in the room, and AC. The bathroom was nice, with a bathtub and a shower separately

I lost or had stolen my Wallet and credit cards also driving license. Reported to reception on two occasions. Date lost Tuesday morning. Unusual situation while I left the room.
