Super clean and beautiful apartment. Quiet neighbourhood and small grocery shop across the street.

Bedroom glassdoor doesn't give enough privacy when there are other people also visiting. Fan would be useful for hot summer nights.

    Kitchen and bathroom, friendly guest.

We shared bathroom and kitchen with another couple, be aware about that when choosing this option

    Clean, cozy, calm. Good coffee.

Parking is a bit on a pricier side.

The place was exceptionally clean, very modern, and minimalistic. The location is very good and it wasn't hard to find. It had all the basic equipment you may need for a short stay (hairdryer, microwave, cutlery, etc.). I found the bed to be very comfortable and everything easy to use.

I was missing small touches, as it felt a bit unfinished. Some kind of small/reading lamp as an alternative to bright overhead light. A chair for the desk in my room (i borrowed one from the kitchen). Also, some proper curtains/blinds would be nice.

Very clean and quiet apartment, nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Modern and nice. However, two fairly essential things were missing. In the bathroom, there were no hooks to hang clothes or a towel. That said, shampoo doses were provided and the shower was very modern. In the kitchen, there was no microwave, but more importantly, absolutely NO cutlery — no knives, no forks, nothing at all except a few plates and glasses. It’s the first time in my life I’ve seen this missing in a rental. Whether it was an oversight or intentional, I don’t know. That’s something to check with the owners.

    Have cutlery

    Minimalist

It's partially furnished and renovation. No closet, hangers, hair dryer, utensils.

This is a room in an apartment with students. It's possible for one night. Not very convenient with family. We didn't use the bathroom because it was someone else's toiletries. There was no cooking in the kitchen either. 20 min walk to the center. Grocery store opposite the building.

I think that the price is too high for such condition

Nice and very responsive host, easy instrustions to find the keys and get into the apartment. Very well equipped apartment. All you might need for a stay of a few days or weeks is there. Also, the apartment is very clean and tidy.

Glass on the room door brings a bit of light from the hallway inside. Also, noises from co-tenants might wake you up if you are sensitive to noises.

Best value for money in Brno. Clean, well equipped.

Bit of an unpleasant check in, having to get the keys from a box outside and not knowing where to actually go in. Especially difficult doing this while its snowing. Wish it wasnt booked out all the time!

I loved the flat and its neighbourhood. A nice walk: botanical garden, Björnsonův sad (park with café), lunch at Restaurace U Primů, to Burianovo náměstí (cute church), visit Villa of Dušan Jurkovič (art Nouveau), through Wilsonův les (uphill, but good path), Kraví hora park and Brno Observatory and Planetarium, Technika Brno baseball field (or dog park, playgrounds in the area), foot path on the hill along Grohova street (gorgeous view), and back to the flat. Pizza from Hladový vlk was tasty. Small supermarket right across the street, corner store open later. Tasty coffee in the flat. Konečného náměstí tram stop 7 minutes away, if you walk fast. Tram 12 direct from there to the train station. :) Thank you! I hope to return.

The "double" bed was two single beds pushed together but because of the bed frames there was a gap of 4 or 5 cm between the mattresses, which was impossible to change. It was okay to sleep alone on one half, but a bit awkward. No shower curtain in the bath, and a hand-held shower nozzle... that's not a surprise for anyone who has lived here a while, but it might take some getting used to for certain newcomers, to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom.
