Czech RepublicThings were great overall, but I had one personal problem: For me the queen size mattress (or was it king size?) was tough I mean for sleeping :-)
Our room was upgraded for free! Really, we booked a double room, but upon arrival were put in what was like two bedroom apartment (just without a kitchen), with a high bathtub and so on.

Czech RepublicVery soft mattress. My back hurts after 2 nights. Unfortunately, I did not ask for the topper, which they offer, so I will be smarter next time☺️. Bathroom taps are in worse condition due to the lime scale I presume. For a superior double room on the 3rd floor and 4star Hotel, this shouldn't be allowed. Despite that I can't wait to visit again. Take this as a constructive criticism 😊😊😊
Pool, breakfasts, location, hotel itself has good vibe. And the staff omg, keep them and cherish them, they are precious!

United StatesThere were only two problems I had: 1) The carpet in our room was badly (coffee? wine?) stained in several places. It needs a good cleaning or replacement. 2) While the pool and saunas are very nice, there is no jacuzzi/hot tub to relax in.
The hotel is nicely located along the Colonnade near the train station but also offers garage parking underneath. Wellness facilities are located inside the hotel itself on the first and fourth floors. The pool, saunas and carbonated baths were excellent. The masseurs and bath attendants were friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The breakfast bufet was also very good.

United KingdomBreakfast was a bit thin buy UK standards and got repetitive after 6 nights there - coffee lacking in expected levels of caffeine (tasted OK though). Restricted hours of swimming pool availability. We had a large transit van and there was no way it would fit in their underground carpark; had to park on the street which took considerable maneouvering
Clewan modern hotel right on Lazensky Park and near the middle of Podnebrady; has a small swimming pool which the other local hotels don't. Quite large rooms with comfy beds. Nice powerful showers.
