Reviews of Spa Hotel MILLENIUM Karlovy Vary 3 stars

Comfortable hotel with a range of spa facilities and procedures available. The room was average size with comfortable bed and good linen and would rate higher but lacks AC and a minibar but was still a nice room. It was well priced relative to some spa hotels. The included breakfast was fairly standard but was improved by some additional hot snacks. Parking is a bit limited, so places do get allocated when making the reservation. The early check-in 13:00 is a bonus but makes for a busy reception at that time.

It seems to be a well-run hotel that was busy on the day. The location is a bit isolated from town, but the restaurant was well frequented by guests. Happy to recommend and revisit.

Hotel is a little outside of the city, but has own restaurant. Also enough free parking places available around hotel. Breakfast was very good. For diner they have menu, but also buffet. Buffet was good and a lot of different options.

I didn't like anything, just an average hotel, with a high price, compared to the quality

The receptionist was really rude, I booked a parking space but when I arrived in the evening, of course there is no space, and I have to wait for the parking space to be available, no excuse, he talks to me as if I am asking for charity, the breakfast was really....!! no comment, I had a coffee and I paid for it, and I didn't know until I saw the bill now I understand why breakfast is included with the reservation because no one wants to pay, and at night there is no parking space, the receptionist asked me to go to another hotel for the parking, so really rude, of course I booked for 2 nights of parking

No AC in the room, that is a big problem in days when is 35 degrees Celsius. Otherwise it is nice comfortable hotel.

Big room, comfortable beds, quiet area in town. We ordered room and food together, and price for this quality was really nice, and when the buffé dinner also had much to choose from, and good food... we are satisfied.

When you ordered room thru Booking.com it says that it is parking place private at the hotel. We ordered room, and then we got message that parking was full..and that we had to park the car at the street somewhere. Not good enough because we always check parking possibility before ordering hotel. That was the only negative about our stay, the rest was really positive from staff to hotel quality.

Not really central located, SPA has to be booked at least 1 day in advance, WiFi non existent at the upper stages (hint - some additional access points will greatly improve it), no climate in room while we also didn't need it
