How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The worst is the location. It’s up very steep hill. There’s no elevator in the hotel- although we knew that. There wasn’t hot water in the evening, just warm, so not ideal. Entrance and the reception is quite simple, but the room was great.
The room was very nice. Big windows, beautiful views, lot of space, comfortable bed. Nice receptionist trying her best to help with anything needed. We could check-in a bit earlier without any problems. It was quiet in the night.

The room could be better looked after in terms of cleanliness, repairs, replacement of old and broken parts and equipment.
Very spacy, nice room with, location on a hill offers a unique, lovely city view. Receptionist will to help, friendly and polite.

All good. A water kettle/ coffee maker would be nice, but overall it was good!
Big room and bathroom, so spacious. Good matresses, clean!

However hotel is pretty old and you see damage every where. It was clean but in some place not perfect. Located on a hill so get to hotel from city centre all the time up and down - for older people can be inconvenient
Price/quality. We got big room with amazing view. A lot of space.

On the website it says that the hotel is 200 meters from the center, the hotel is located one kilometer from the center along a very steep side.
The view of the place was beautiful. When we were there, the hotel was almost empty, so it was completely relaxed.

The location is really nice if you have a car or enjoy walking. You can get an amazing city view if you'd be lucky. But we got the room facing the street. During the day the rooms, which are facing the street can be noisy. But we didn't stay in the hotel for a long time anyway, so we didn't really care.At night the traffic didn't bother us. Our room was quite big and was equipped with a really comfortable bed, 2 armchairs, a chair, small table, a fridge and a TV. The pedestrian road to the city center and the water springs is very picturesque and we really liked it. The staff members were nice to us. So in general it's a good hotel, but don't expect too much.

Don’t get fooled by the name of the hotel. Spa Panorama Hotel- Aint no Spa , pool or Sauna They could put a coffee machine for the customers . They have nothing to offer and for a price of 50 euro / room in a small town as Czeck Republic.
Is on the hill of the town and you take some stairs down to reach the town. Is a theraphy spa town so to say .

we stay in “Panorama ” hotel couple nights, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, amazing view on the town, very friendly and nice staff, really reasonable price for service, I will recommend stay in this hotel.

No staff on site so we had to phone the number on the door and wait 10mins for someone to arrive. Falsely advertised on their website that they supply spa services. None. They simply told us to use other hotel spas that allow public access. No staff came to change towel or replace used shampoo etc so we didn't have enough for more than one shower each. Shoddy wifi unfortunately as well.
The location, so long as you get a room on the side with the view, offers an incredible view over the spa town. It's not a convenient location, but the view is phenomenal.

Very friendly stuff and upgraded us to a panoramic view for free. They were able to accommodate our dog as well! I highly recommend staying at this place

Everything was great! The location is perfect with a beautiful panoramic view and really close to the city Center. The Girls is really authentic and beautiful. Rooms are bright ,spacious and clean. Staff is really friendly and very helpful.

There are like 2 plugs in the whole room in hard to reach locations. No breakfast. The toiletries were 1 sachet of shampoo/conditioner per person and 2 small soaps, not enough. Furniture needs updating, the headboard was clearly showing its age. Tea/coffee making facilities should be in every room since there is no breakfast and the hotel is up the hill with the closest shops/cafes at least 15 min away.
Nice view from the room. Clean bathroom. Mini fridge.
