Very long travel between the houses and spa zone. In the green house, you can feel the smoking smell all day.

Very good location, just by the bus stop and by walking it is around 20 minutes to the old town area. You get free spa access - pool & saunas. Parking for an additional fee in the hotel territory. Nice bar, very good breakfast and dinner options.

Very expensive, not for the money we paid, old swimming pool, not comfortable shower room, lack of shampoos and soaps.

Breakfast, the room and the hotel in general, receptionists answered all our questions and were sweet.

The one lady at the reception of the Green House, you can't be working at hospitality in a hotel with multiple language speaking people and give a lecture to my husband because he doesn't speak Czech but has a Czech residence. Entitled AF.

The room was ok, but needed a fan. Breakfast was very nice and the massage we booked was affordable and good. Pool is fine, saunas are also fine.

The pool was not that clean, the hotel facilities are a bit old. They say they have parking, but we arrived and they said there was no space. We paid almost 30 euros extra in a nearby parking garage. There is a coffee machine in your room, but you have to buy the capsules.

There are three buildings in this complex, which are very well connected with underground tunnels. Location is great, and there is a bus which stops directly in front of the property and goes to downtown. Going by foot to the city center is also not so far.

No coffee and tea in the room, cheep toilet paper, no coffee machine in the hall so if you get up early you need to wait until breakfast to get some, in the room next to our was the baby screaming a lot and we couldn't sleep. The room looks bigger in the pictures

Good personal, clean room. I did not like too many russian tourists. The worse thing the walls between the rooms are so thin, that i could hear how people were talking by the phone or watching tv in the other rooms and snoring at night, it was very bad for rest

The walls were a little thin so when we were watching a movie in the room one evening, we could hear people speaking in another room nearby. Not specifically what they were saying, but the overall sound. The room decor is a little outdated but fine overall :)

The breakfast was just as great as we'd hoped it would be. We also enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Bathrobe and towels included, as well as slippers (but we had to ask for them at the front desk). The exhibition of quilted art in the lobby was also very nice. It was kind of cool that the three buildings are connected by tunnels. We had a nice view of the surrounding forests from our window/balcony in the mornings.

- For the first time in our life we waiting 45 minutes for Acommodation at the Reception desk with two employees! Sunday afternoon. - The Spa Center its no exactly SPA. Its a some kind a retro sanatorium. The Saunas & Steam bath zones looks like in balneo hospital. The Spa Reception needs more Wellcome vision. - The Charlestone restaurant also is not a hotel restaurant, but just a Canteen with staff. - the bed mattresses were terribly uncomfortable! Bulging bump in the middle, rolling off the edge of the bed. There is a gap between the double bed. Huge uncomfortable pillows, no normal pillows. Terribly hot in the apartment, can't turn down the heating, thick blankets. - The Breakfast every day is the same. The coffee is very strange without taste... Not kind espresso, not schwarz, no cream, no sweet or no bitter :-) - And what was this Green House and Blue House ?! :-) The hotel buildings are in orange yellow collors. - The whole hotel and wellness area needs some new homogenic vision, remind of old socialistic resort era.

The swimming pool was very spacious and nice. For the first time we see a 29 temperature degrees pool-bazen in czech hotels. Most of them keep 27 cold water through the winter season. The hot hydromassage tube jaccuzzi and Kneipp health path was also good. I like the warm connection tunnel between Hotel and Mercedes Spa Villa. The panoramic view to the forrest and Imperial castle was beautifull. - Nice Kid playground room - We like the enough options of wardrobe furnitures in the apartment. - The old Carlsbad foto galery in the hotel was interesting.

Despite it's budget hotel, I would very like if bed was above average quality. Afer long walking, you really want to have a rest in a good bed. But, my room had very basic bed and not much comfortable matress/pillow.

Location of the hotel is very well, 20-25 mins walking distance to the city center. Surrounded with trees and quite. You can enjoy quiteness and calm environment. You can find basic drinks and snacks in the hotel. If you want more, you can walk to the city center and find everything. It's nice place to spend a few days in quite environment. Room like any budget hotel room, has basic equipments, nothing exceptional.
